Isn't common that a person loses weight everywhere and not just in certain areas? 😕
There's no such thing as "spot exercising", where you focus on one spot and lose weight in said spot. If you lose weight in one area of the body, you'll lose weight everywhere. That's a good thing. The person would be disproportionate if weight loss took place only in select areas.
