    Apex are great. I had them for 3 years but sold that moderately modified JLU Sahara and have the Rubicon now.
    Disconnect in under 10 secs and reconnect in under 15. And you only have to push the sway bar down on one side, then the other side will snap in place as you drive. It’s an innovative product and I highly recommend it.

      😄 I’m on the road now. I’ll have a full tour video in a 2-3 weeks. With Kevin’s help, I’m finally a little ahead in the videos. Travel videos to follow!! You are awesome! Thanks for the support.

    Great video. Ty! I had so many questions that were answered watching you. I’m buying them

    I just recently came across the Apex AutoLynx and was immediately like "good lord, why isn't this how all sway bar disconnects work?!?!" Okay, yeah, price, but dang Skippy - some things are just worth it. Appreciate the install video, it'll be a good reference when I get these for my JL.

      😁right?!?! One of the best purchases we’ve made for my Jeep! I’m happy you’ll found the video helpful.

    I want a set of those! Thanks

    I just installed mine, looking at the instructions and illustration provided the lettering and the knob faces towards the rear of the jeep in the locked position. I can't imagine how this could possibly make any difference. Thanks for the video you guys. I hope these things last a long time - pricey.

      that's interesting, the instructions we received with ours said to make sure to have the wolf logo facing the front for proper knob placement, this video ruclips.net/video/2FupvDrE5yU/видео.html at 4 : 29 even demonstrates that. but I'm with you not sure it would make a difference. I know Cindy loves them and we also hope they last a long time :) thanks for watching.

      The logo facing out would make more sense and I would prefer that. I don't think that matters, all I have to do is loosen the jam nut and turn them around. The test run was great, incredible performance.

      I spoke with Adam Newman from Apex. They recommend the logo facing forward to read the number locations for setting up. It makes no difference for functionality. I went off of the illustrations for the knob location but they said even that can vary. Yours is 100% correct!

    You may know by now but when locking them back you only have to do one side and the other will automatically lock

    I see you used the 8s. Do you have a lift at all? Im looking at the 10.5s for my jk lifted 2 inches. Just not sure if i will need to trim out the inner fender

    • @kgeorgeson
      @kgeorgeson 9 месяцев назад

      She doesn’t have a lift at the moment but she may ad one later. As far as the 10.5 rubbing your inner fender liner, I think that is going to depend on your sway bar length setting. The shorter the distance between the axle and the sway bar connection the higher the auto link will stick up into the fender area which could possibly cause it to rub. Your actual shock travel is what is going to determine what link you want to go with. If you have a long travel shock you will want to go with the 10.5. Cindy may have to switch to those if she goes with a 2.5” lift.

    I bought these waiting for delivery. Will install them this weekend. When they are not in use, for your day to day driving, how does your Wrangler handle? Any noticeable difference? Thank you in advance.

      I didn’t notice any difference day to day. I’ve been very happy with them.

    nice video guys. do u have wheel spacers / wheels with offsets to prevent rubbing at full turn (since sport has a shorter axle) ? or is there no rubbing at all ?

  • @vincegonzalez7665
    @vincegonzalez7665 7 месяцев назад

    Did you have to cut a slot on the inner fender lining? My JL AutoLynx seems to rub to the inner lining at times.

    Est-il possible de monter ce système sur un sprinter 4x4 ?

    • @kgeorgeson
      @kgeorgeson 7 месяцев назад

      My concern would be if they adjust down short enough and how much the upper part would extend into the wheel well and possibly rub on the fender liner. Definitely worth a call to the company and get their thoughts on it. If nothing else, it may give them an idea to start making them for the 4x4 sprinter.

    Awesome video. was that the 8" or 10.5" stroke installed?

    • @ArtfulOutdoorAdventures
      @ArtfulOutdoorAdventures  6 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks! We installed the 8” but, since this video, we have installed a 2.5” lift and it really needs the 10.5” now to reach full articulation.

      @@ArtfulOutdoorAdventures Thanks. Yeah my JL has a 2” lift with 35’s from the Extreme Recon package so I’m sure I should go with the 10.5”
