I've a question & I hope someone has an answer for this. My boyfriend just came back from a deployment on the Dec. 11th but he is still on the base debriefing for almost 2 weeks w/o communication & my question is how long do they stay in the base for debriefing before coming home to their family????
Hi i can relate myself on that situation me and my girlfriend right now were in the that long distance relationship..it feels very hard specially if only seen each other on photos...no audio nor video calling . I love her so much and i know how hard this could have been for us . ..i understand how she needs me in anything but i am also having a hard time. ..hope my sweetheart will stay strong and try more to understand me.i love dearly and I'm willing to do everything possible that i could just to make our relationship go stronger.
My boyfriend and i are going through the same situation he recently deployed to Japan and its been really hard on us. I don’t have a job right now so it has been hard keeping busy but our situation is that we have only FaceTimed once since hes left its already going on three weeks and for him its harder to talk on the phone or facetime because he gets home sick. But it doesn’t help me because i just get even more depressed. We had a really long conversation about it last night and it was really hard because we just dont know how to come up with a solution that will help the both of us. Our one year anniversary is coming up in November and i tend to really overthink things and take things to the heart and I really feel like we wont be together by the time he gets back in April. I would really love some advice or honestly some comfort because its been really hard to adjust to the long distance.

I understand my boyfriend was originally stationed in California for training two years ago and he just got deployed to southern Africa today and I haven't seen him since he was stationed to California and I understand that it's hard but if you really love him push for that happy ever after because if you don't you might regret it at the end
