Thanks for a great tutorial. I just wish I"d found it before I started using the lantus a week ago. My pharmacist failed to tell me to prime the pen first or to wait 10 seconds after injecting. They didn't offer a disposal container for the needles either or offer alcohol wipes.

Can you use a person, a mannequin or a dummy to demonstrate the exact location(s) of where you CAN inject and show how to pinch the skin to make a suitable injection site ? Show it actually being done please. Thanks.
