Excellent demonstration, but it fails to mention or show the very basic step of utilizing an alcohol swab to wipe off the top of the QwikPen prior to attaching the Pen Needle. Performing the same action after detaching the Needle and prior to re-capping the Pen might appear a bit anal, but it's still a smart habit to acquire.
It would've been a LOT more helpful if you'd have provided a Close-Up view of the device. Seeing it at the far distance of her holding it, etc., how this was video was taken, is visually very vague and not informative.
The no-worry, no-nonsense approach to delivering your shot of insulin .. I'm just starting my insulin journey, and this presentation helped a lot 👌🏻🇬🇧

My pens keep jamming and can't be used
