Yes. I haven't had a noticable one in years until November and I was at work going through a fight with Michael and I kept asking him to leave me alone and he just wanted to have the conversation. I was shaking, I couldn't breath my chest was right and I was dizzy. I ended up leaving early. It was a reminder that I am not always able to hide my panic like I have one almost everytime I drive I have driving anxiety (it's getting better) but I've learned to make it look like I'm fine. I love how open you are about this. it's not easy to talk about and people want to down play it a lot and those of us who have delt with a lot or most our life's it makes us shut down and not talk about it and it's not ok because panic attacks are no joke. I remember being scared to tell my manager when I had mine at work and worried shed look down on me that sent me into a worse panic attack and I called her and I started crying and hyper ventilating and she was like "Hey,breath it is ok, I need you to breath so I can know how to help you" I was also texting my thearpist at this time and she came in so I could leave and rest. I slept for like twelve hours after wards but having people who understand and help you through it is super important and when you ask someone to stop a conversation because it is not helping they need to and Omg I used to panic about the passing out thing as well!

square breathing, inhale 4 seconds, exhale 4 seconds. also, pick a color and see how many items there are of that color. also, five senses questions. what do you see, what do you hear, what do you smell, what do you hear, etc.

My therapist told me counting backwards from 1004-1000 whole breathing in holding your breath and exhaling when you get to 1000 and repeat as needed. It helped me that day. Also KAYLA'S DISCORD GROUP IS AMAZING. 🖤❤️🖤❤️
