I feel bad for Emile, He got extremely screwed the second he landed on the Space, Don’t worry Emile you’re not the first person to get bankrupt on Fortune Street.
Even sadder when you consider he got 2k on round the blocks earlier. This is why the 5-shop districts are critical, and why one bad roll basically ends the game
The only way to really do the 999999 goal in this game would be to have all shops be vacant plots. It's the "fastest" way to reach the goal but it still becomes extremely exhausting.
@@varietygamer95 This is incorrect, how it works is when your forced to sell a shop you don't sell it at full value. So a 100 shop becomes worth I think it is 50-75. While you have a net worth of 5000 if you own lets say 2000 in shops you actually have a practical net worth of 4000-4500. When you're struggling like DK most of your money is in those shops so in reality you'll own closer to 3000-4000 in shops which gives you a lot lower net worth then you appear to have. This is why he went bankrupt, otherwise he could've sold off shops and stocks and he'd be fine.
bunnyluve really now? And here I thought that TRG was done with them... I guess they decided they wanted to do some more boards they haven’t done yet. Edit: or maybe it’s a yearly thing.
"WELCOME TO MY PAIN, CONROY!" - Tom Fawkes
What’s worse is that Emile never went above 4 digits the whole game.
Then he bankrupted also. Damn.

And most likely not the last.
I don't feel bad he was losing the whole game.

But he doesn't wear hats!
And that’s why, his hatred of hats started at that moment
Chugga's "I LOST!?" is the part that gets me the most.
The ultimate bad luck.

Emile -Cause of Death: Cool Hat
It's lost amongst all the emotion and the noise, but I think I can _barely_ hear the loudest "WHAT THE FUCK!?" Emile has ever said in this one moment.

I LOST!?!?
Uh......I think I'm now deaf. I didn't even have headphones in. Thanks Emile!
I notice that Tim was faking enthusiasm the whole time that happened

Tim is a prophet
So wait, how the hell did he get bankrupt? His total worth was more than the price of the shop.
It was, but Emile didn’t have the stocks or ready cash to cover the cost. His ready cash was so far in the negatives that he couldn’t possibly recover
