Robles looks so relaxed and unbothered when he is tip toeing between the hurdles.

One of the only few times Holloway ran low over all the 10 hurdles clocked a 12.81… terrific!

Me too! Great Hurdler and comes across as a really nice guy. Plus all the problems he’s overcome with his Kidneys. A true inspiration.

Such an amazing sport. The jump is hard but nothing compared to the landing and getting your stride back.

@@ThePassionofSprintingAbsolutely right ! He changed to 7 steps to the first hurdle in 2011. In 2012, he ran 12.87 seconds under the condition of illegal tailwind . If London was not injured, he should be able to improve his performance a little

    • @ThePassionofSprinting

Yes he had a lot of injury problems like most hurdler do. It’s a tough sport , he could run faster than is PR for sure

@@ThePassionofSprinting Should be number 1. Dude had an incredible career from 2001 to 2012 and breaking the WR 3 times in between. His last winning race in the US in 2012 was just 0.01 off the pace of the last WR he set. This was after major surgeries that prevented him from winning the 2008 and 2012 110m hurdles.
