Project Throwback - Thames Tower - 2016 - 8000kg Chiller Move

Throwback video of an impressive move we completed around 8 years ago.
The 8000kg chiller units could only be landed in one corner of the roof due to restrictions with crane size, this still took an LTM1500 to get them to just this corner, we then moved the units around the roof using a tracked machine into the final location positioning with X3 3000kg Reid gantry cranes.
A project that at the time definitely pushed the capabilities of MCH as a whole but by investing in our people and equipment we have been able to take on more and more challenging projects as the years roll on.
