The city just approved the land split on October 3. So I can now get my permit to have my home installed. I don't know how the outside will look because they don't do vinyl sidings because of the heat. Your place has made me excited. 😊

I don’t think you should have put your septic tank so close to home, incl the drain s, that is nothing but poop liquid and waste thts so close to your living space n back yard . It should have went furthest out on your land you would have used less. Contractor job is easier not having to dig further out and will not tell you to go further out on land. You can not garden or have heavy equipment on that area and must clean tank Ev 3-5 yrs. But pls don’t garden items you’ll consume n area if so all that soil is poop soil n waste
It isn’t but about 10 minutes of it are plumbers digging for drains so Id thought to comment after seeing all soooo close to living space and you seemed confused if you were doing the right thing.
@@pgw1735 Oh I see what you mean. Rest assure that the people we were working with explained to us the reasoning behind the position of where the septic is. They even gave us multiple choices to choose from or even asked if we preferred it somewhere else in the yard. That's why it took awhile for them to install it we even seeked out a second opinion and because of other factors you can't see from the surface my husband and I agreed this was the best spot for it. I apologize if I came of confused in my video I'm still learning as we go through this process and there is a lot of behind the scenes happening like my son broken knee lol Thank you for your input I appreciate it. We have a huge yard so I'll still be doing my garden.
