I just wanted to say that Shana's channel is the absolutely best in my opinion and she deserves a far larger audience. I do RUclips and know it can be a slog. No matter, she is a natural teacher; presenting herself and each instruction clearly without pretense or unnecessary fluff. Shana's instruction is always among the best! My bottom leg does so much work when kicking up that the muscles quickly get burned out and I can't kick up anymore. Thanks Shana for showing another way.
love this! handstands are part of my practice. i’ve watched you years ago and suddenly, last night, you appeared. i was on a sm marathon lol totally agree w/ you on the bottom leg “doing nothing” besides levitating. i see so many beginners - kicking hard and even lightly but can’t nail it and these are seasoned practitioners. you’re so awesome!!! 💜💜💜

I really like the breakdown of all the progressions in your videos. My current obsession is the handstand and your videos are really helping me get there. I'm wondering if you could do calisthenics progressions for movements like the Planche. I know it's not yoga but your tutorials and bodyweight mastery would make for a good Planche video!
