Very good video Cody, however you missed the other horror fourquels, those being: "Amityville 4: The evil escapes," "Victor Crowley (Hatchet 4)," "Puppet-master 4," "Children of the corn 4: The Gathering," "Witchcraft 4: The virgin heart," "Land of the dead," "Return of the living dead: Necropolis," and "The Howling 4: The original nightmare." What would you do if you were do add them to your list?
Only seen three of these: Nightmare 4 I'd put in between bloody good time and kills two hours. It was actually my intro to Freddy, so I have a soft spot for it. Totally agree with Alien Resurrection and Underworld. I've never seen the last one
Friday the 13th 4, Halloween 4, Hellraiser Bloodline, Land of the Dead, Bride of Chucky, Ghost of Frankenstein, Nightmare 4, Scream 4, Omen 4, and Evil Dead Roboot.
I'm only doing the movies that I really like or love. 1)Friday The 13th part 4 2)Halloween 4 3)A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: 4)Jaws The Revenge is a guilty pleasure but the ending sucks. 5)Bride of Chucky 6)Scream 4 7)Psycho IV 8)Saw 4

A Random idea that I think would make for a cool video, is ranking/grading characters in films, where a dead character acts as a guide, like Derry Jennner (Jeepers Creepers), Lance Henriksen (Pumpkin Head), Billy Loomis (Scream), etc
Just found your channel and am loving the horror movie related videos. Guess you picked the perfect time for this series too, since we're now 3 days away from the 5th Predator film, perfectly lining up for part 5 of this series. Can't wait
In my opinion the best movies in here are Halloween 4, Scream 4, Bride of Chucky and Evil Dead remake, that one is the best in the series, and I agree with you, Jill is the bestt Ghostface. Looking forward to watch the part 5 of this series youre doing
My list...... Horror classic: Friday the 14th the Final Chapter, Bride of Chucky Bloody good time: Halloween 4, Evil Dead, Resident Evil Afterlife Kills two hours: Paranormal Activity 4, Nightmare on Elm Street 4, Exorcist the Beginning, Scream 4, Hellraiser 4, Insidious the last key, Candyman (reboot), Final Destination 3D, Saw 4 Painful: Psycho 4, Phantasm Oblivion, Critters 4 , Aliens Resurrection , Underworld Awakening Slow death: The First Purge, Jaws: the Revenge, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: the Next Generation , Fright Night , Omen 4: the Awakening, Wrong Turn 4, Predator 4, Leprechaun 4
Cody I went and assigned points for each film's ranking. So on a 0 to 4 points scale...the franchise with the most points through four movies is....Child's Play/Chucky franchise with 15 points. Halloween is next with 14 points, two franchises have 12 points through their first four films: Nightmare on Elm Street and Evil Dead. Three franchises have 11 points after four films: Psycho, Scream, and Phantasm. There is a tie for worst reviewed franchise Jaws, Critters, and Leprechaun all with 5 points.
Taking into consideration the original Michael Myers mask being an altered Captain Kirk mask, am I the only one that noticed in 4 that he looks more like Commander Data?
One of the things I respect most about the Saw franchise, and why I love it, is the practical effects. For how gory those movies are, the kills look incredible and, correct me if I’m wrong, they use mostly, if not all, practical effects.
If you ever rank and review the Final Destinations you should do a tier list for a the deaths/kills in the franchise and rank all the opening premonitions
You wound me for your hatred of Jaws 4 lol. Maybe because it was my first Jaws movie, but as a kid without the logic, there are still scenes in this film that haunt me. The banana boat scene, the first death with the backdrop of Christmas music. Its my most watched Jaws movie. Nightmare 3 and 4 are my favorite double feature of the franchise. They are still my two favorites. Is 4 the best? No. It has some issues, but they are the most rewatchable for me.
Saw 4 was the only 1 I really liked since it had the backstory of the main villain and why he does all these traps I thought the series should have ended here
I have to put nightmare 4 is the A category, especially if you're rating compared to other "4's" in horror franchises. I liked it as a kid in the early 90's, and while I burned it out, watching it on vhs ad-nuaseam back in then, I still think it's a pretty decent nightmare, after 3 and 1.
this has nothing to do with any movie or even this list.....but I truly am happy and grateful you recognized what was wrong, had a very strong support system, turned that corner, left that job and didn't look back. Toast to you youngblood.

Great job Cody,Jaws 4 Micheal Caine always gives the best answer why he costared in this mess."Did you see The Mansion in California I Just bought in cash,That's why I did Jaws 4"
Fun video and good list. Halloween 4, Nightmare 4 and Friday 4 are three of my all time favorites. Another great horror franchise is the Stepfather franchise. Particularly the first original three films. I think horror fans (especially those who like the psycho films) who haven't seen them yet will be in for a real treat.
Thanks for the heads up. Just like the legendary Humphrey Bogart would say "I had my suspicions about it from the beginning!. Nobody's going to get anything over on me!" LOL
@@fromtexas2734 I thought it was a worthy addition to the franchise. On a scale of 1to10 and 10 being the highest I'd give it a 7. The first two films are easily my favorites.
Halloween 4 is My favorite Horror movie all time… it’s the one that makes me love Halloween… the only knock I can except is the mask, which honestly until I started watching RUclips reviews I didn’t even notice growing up… it’s definitely a classic for me…. Love scream 4 too, not sure if it’s technically a classic but compared to other 4th movies I would say so… and honestly I think Leprechaun in Space is best leprechaun movie bc they are all bad , but this one was hilarious for how bad it was , so I’d give that kill 2 hours at least lol

Alien: Resurrection has a lot of fun moments. It's certainly the goriest of the 4 movies. Love Ron Perlman in the movie and the other members of the cast. The set designs are awesome. The cloning chamber scene in this movie is still pretty hard to watch. Anyways, I enjoy this 4th part a lot more then the third movie (which also has its moments in my opinion). The Candyman "sequel"/"remake"...nah...I found it to be st! After watching this movie, I watched the original...wow...such a difference in quality!
Agree - that scene hounted me for years in nightmares. It was a really well-thought-out and terrifying concept plus great execution including believable emotions on the Weaver side. I also like the cast and the background. Unfortunately, the movie is uneven - in the same movie there is an idiotic scene with bullets or a twisted-exaggerated ending.
Actually Michael Caine did not take it seriously at all. He spent most of the shoot on the beach and when asked about it he says he's never watched it. All he says he was paid to have a month holiday in the Caribbean and that it paid for his house 🤣🤣
Nightmare 4 is where surrealism and comedy took over the franchise. It is also disappointing that he killed off the remaining Dream Warriors. They could have developed their characters more for a fifth movie in which we are more emotionally evolved.
Will there be a 5-Quels tier list? I found your channel from watching the first in this series and have become a big fan. I hope you do a 5th installment
The next list should be interesting I can't think of any 5th movie that really stands out as great. Scream 5 and the TCM remake probably being the best
Day 2 of slowly making it out the hood: i ate burger king inside target high asfc & i smokë weed on my RUclips channel as my job ☄️ til im out the trenches 🦅
I honestly love Alien 3, it is very entertaining and has good cinematography, the prisoner characters like Mr. Clemens and Aaron and Dillon were pretty good to me, Ripley did great here and the film has an interesting and dark atmosphere, not to mention good alien action and dialogue as well a phenomenal music score that goes good in companion to the first two movies. To me it is a great conclusion. But Alien Ressureccion is abysmal, to me it's a disgrace to the franchise. The fact that it goes for a more comedic tone, Ron Perlman's character is nasty and unsimpathetic, the side characters don't add anything to the movie, and even though there is the cool water scene, the woman that dies in that scene was terrible, because she dies off screen. WTF? The movie is R rated, why kill this character off screen? But the most disappointing thing about this movie is Ripley's character, acting weird with those Alien personalities and romantic-like with the aliens is awful and so weird. Does not fit the character AT ALL. I'm not against different changes of ideas in franchises, but only if it's good and it works. To me, Ripley's weird behavior does not work for me because it feels weird and it does not suit her character at all. The ending when she feels bad for the Alien Human monster dying was terrible. Aliens killed her friends and Newt and the rest on the planet of Alien 3, why did she feel bad for this creature. Also the fact that the characters kept teasing Winona Ryder's character in some scenes was so annoying and unnecessary. Yeah Ressureccion is not very good in my opinion.
@@justinamenta7241 Yeah I can see why from that perspective but honestly when people and Alien fans ask me what I think about Ressureccion being the true ending to Ripley's story and the franchise, honestly I don't think it works very well.
@@hideandpride1891 Well, to answer your question as to why 'Ripley' acted weird and felt bad for the creature at the end of "Alien: Resurrection" is because for one, it wasn't the real Ripley. It was a freaking clone of her. And also, because the Xenomorph Queen's DNA was combined with the clone's DNA, too. Hence, the clone of Ripley was part Xenomorph and thus, has a connection/bond with the alien creatures.
@@fromtexas2734 Yeah I KNOW THAT. But it was unnecessary and unneeded in my opinion. Her story was well concluded in Alien 3. She doesn't have much to do in this movie and not a lot of action from her character like I expected. It was a weird and unnatural choice to do this to the character of Ripley. The film should've focused on the new characters to breed new "life" to the franchise.
As a massive fan of the franchise I honestly don't outright "hate" either one of 3 or Resurrection...they are both obviously a big drop from the first two but remember the first two films are among the best films ever made period...so it's a very high bar.
I am loving all these horror tier list Rankings fantastic idea but Cody I'm surprised you didn't put any of The Wishmaster movies on there unless you forgotten but anyway I still enjoying them and keep up the Good work Bro and I look forward to watching the fithqual Rankings 👍🏻

1)Friday The 13th part 4
2)Halloween 4
3)A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: 4)Jaws The Revenge is a guilty pleasure but the ending sucks.
5)Bride of Chucky
6)Scream 4
7)Psycho IV
8)Saw 4
I got drunk and watched Event Horizon for the first time yesterday
I really liked it so I rewatched it today while sober, and I still really loved it
I really wish we could get that cut that you talked about
Cody I'm glad you had BetterHelp to sponsor this video, because with my BPD affected every facet of my life, I signed up and I'm confident it's gonna help. Thanks a bunchie.

Resident Evil 4 (Kills 2 Hours)
Saw 4 (Kills 2 Hours)
The Predator (Kills 2 Hours)
I think the Dream Master should be Bloody good time!
A Random idea that I think would make for a cool video, is ranking/grading characters in films, where a dead character acts as a guide, like Derry Jennner (Jeepers Creepers), Lance Henriksen (Pumpkin Head),
Billy Loomis (Scream), etc
Scream 4 my second fave of the franchise !
Just found your channel and am loving the horror movie related videos.
Guess you picked the perfect time for this series too, since we're now 3 days away from the 5th Predator film, perfectly lining up for part 5 of this series. Can't wait
No howling? Psycho? Rec? Hatchet? Children or the corn???
There are no bad final destination films and that’s a hill I’m ready to die on
In my opinion the best movies in here are Halloween 4, Scream 4, Bride of Chucky and Evil Dead remake, that one is the best in the series, and I agree with you, Jill is the bestt Ghostface. Looking forward to watch the part 5 of this series youre doing
Don't leave these tier ranking vids too long! Again much love and support for your channel❤️
My list......
Horror classic: Friday the 14th the Final Chapter, Bride of Chucky
Bloody good time: Halloween 4, Evil Dead, Resident Evil Afterlife
Kills two hours: Paranormal Activity 4, Nightmare on Elm Street 4, Exorcist the Beginning, Scream 4, Hellraiser 4, Insidious the last key, Candyman (reboot), Final Destination 3D, Saw 4
Painful: Psycho 4, Phantasm Oblivion, Critters 4 , Aliens Resurrection , Underworld Awakening
Slow death: The First Purge, Jaws: the Revenge, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: the Next Generation , Fright Night , Omen 4: the Awakening, Wrong Turn 4, Predator 4, Leprechaun 4
Nightmare 4 is my favorite. I think it’s a Horror Classic! I love that movie. The theater scene is sooo good!
“I never watched Jaws: The Revenge because it’s awful. But the house it built is fantastic.” - Michael Caine
Motivations, mostly nostalgia, and simply the fact that it's a JAWS movie is what keeps ANY JAWS movie out of "Slow Death" territory
I LOVED the Evil Dead reboot and actually thought it was scary.
I agree that gore and CGI don’t go together.
The Evil Dead reboot is close to my favourite horror movie ever.
Did you ever notice that Jerry has a copy of Child's Play 2 on his shelf in Seinfeld? He also has Arachnophobia.
You should review last shift. It’s a a really underrated low budget horror. I’ve never heard met anyone who’s seen it but it’s a gem.
R.I.P Ted White aka Jason Voorhees in The Final Chapter
Hey Cody, I love your channel!
dream master is 🔥🔥🔥 !! Idc and Friday 13th: Final Chapter is the best film you talked about here 😅
If you ever rank and review the Final Destinations you should do a tier list for a the deaths/kills in the franchise and rank all the opening premonitions
My wife was blown away when I showed her Wrong Turn 1, and then 4 😂
Love 1, but 4 is decent, definitely a guilty pleasure.
Saw 4 was the only 1 I really liked since it had the backstory of the main villain and why he does all these traps I thought the series should have ended here
Breaking new ground with Fourquels! 🤘
I would like to see the alternate cut of candyman 2021 with Ghost Helen. She was even one of the trailers.
Now that the series is finished, it's time to average up all these horror movie franchises to see what's the best one.
4.8: Child's Play (4 + 5 + 5 + 5)
4.5: Halloween (5 + 4 + 5 + 4)
4: Blade, Evil Dead (4 + 3 + 4 + 5), Nightmare on Elm Street (5 + 3 + 5 + 3)
3.8: Phantasm (5 + 5 + 2 + 3), Psycho (4 + 5 + 3 + 4), Scream (4 + 4 + 3 + 4)
3.7: The Conjuring
3.5: Friday the 13th (3 + 3 + 3 + 5), Fright Night (5 + 4 + 4 + 1), Predator (5 + 3 + 4 + 2)
3.3: Alien (4 + 5 + 1 + 3), Final Destination (4 + 5 + 3 + 1), Hellraiser (4 + 3 + 3 + 3), Poltergeist, Resident Evil (3 + 4 + 3 + 3), Underworld (4 + 4 + 3 + 2)
3: Candyman (5 + 2 + 1 + 4), The Exorcist (4 + 1 + 5 + 2), Insidious (3 + 2 + 4 + 3), Jeeper's Creepers, The Purge (3 + 4 + 3 + 2), Saw (3 + 4 + 3 + 2)
2.8: The Omen (5 + 3 + 2 + 1), Paranormal Activity (3 + 3 + 3 + 2), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (4 + 4 + 2 + 1)
2.7: The Lost Boys
2.5: Wrong Turn (3 + 2 + 2 + 3)
2.3: Critters (3 + 3 + 1 + 2), Jaws (5 + 2 + 1 + 1), Leprechaun (3 + 2 + 3 + 1)
2: The Blair Witch Project
The Dream Master blows all these away imo. But great list. Saw 4 is a close second.
My Four-quel Tier Ranking:
Horror Classic: Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, Evil Dead (2013), Bride of Chucky.

Slow Death: Jaws 4: The Revenge, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation, Fright Night 2: New Blood, Omen 4: The Awakening, The Final Destination 3D, Underworld 4: Awakenings.
Just discovered and loving the channel. Have you ever did a tier list of the Romero Dead movies?
PA: they milking a dead cow
Psycho 4 I remember this film it was weird imo but I respect it
The first purge; GUILTY PLEASURE it’s just fun popcorn film
Nightmare 4: sadly the only film in series I didn’t watch
Halloween 4: MY FIRST HORROR MOVIE no matter what I will defend it if it wasn’t for Halloween 4 I prob never care for horror….also the mask creeped me out
Jaws the revenge: is there a rank lower then slow death cause I’d put it even lower that that invisible rank
Exorcist beginnings: why would a prequel exist
Scream 4: best character in it
Texas chainsaw 4: I hear Matthew mconehay refuses to acknowledge it exsists
Phantasm 4: oblivion huh I didn’t know it was an elder scrolls movie :P
Critters 4 IN SAPACCCCCE
Fright night 2 remake: I think this is the film the fans told you to avoid
Hellraiser 4: I watched it once didn’t like it
Insidious 4: haven’t seen it
Friday 13th 4 : best film in series bar none
Great job Cody,Jaws 4 Micheal Caine always gives the best answer why he costared in this mess."Did you see The Mansion in California I Just bought in cash,That's why I did Jaws 4"
Fun video and good list. Halloween 4, Nightmare 4 and Friday 4 are three of my all time favorites. Another great horror franchise is the Stepfather franchise. Particularly the first original three films. I think horror fans (especially those who like the psycho films) who haven't seen them yet will be in for a real treat.

@@CodyLeachYT I got that twice
Thanks for the heads up. Just like the legendary Humphrey Bogart would say "I had my suspicions about it from the beginning!. Nobody's going to get anything over on me!" LOL
@@doorwaytothepaintings.3787 Yeah, but what do you think about "The Stepfather" remake? Do you like it or hate it?

Nascar and escalator premonitions in Final Destination 4 were awesome
Nightmare 4 is where surrealism and comedy took over the franchise. It is also disappointing that he killed off the remaining Dream Warriors. They could have developed their characters more for a fifth movie in which we are more emotionally evolved.
Awww dude I've been looking forward to this. Thanks.
Will there be a 5-Quels tier list? I found your channel from watching the first in this series and have become a big fan. I hope you do a 5th installment
Coming Tuesday
This is a great idea for a video. I’ve enjoyed the other 3
The next list should be interesting I can't think of any 5th movie that really stands out as great. Scream 5 and the TCM remake probably being the best
Final Destination 5 was decent aswell
@@oskarfranzen4312 i agree, though Final Destination is a more of a cult franchise where if you love it you love it as all are mindless popcorn films
Day 2 of slowly making it out the hood: i ate burger king inside target high asfc & i smokë weed on my RUclips channel as my job ☄️ til im out the trenches 🦅
Final Destination 5 is great, the only horrible movie in the franchise is the fourth one
@@DodoRibeiro-ts6po Yeah the fourth one only has 1 or 2 good kills in it
I really liked The Final Destination. I never saw it in 3D, but I thought the kills were pretty good 🤷♂️
Paranormal Activity 4 is one of 4 movies. In my lifetime , I saw the movie demand and received my money back.
I understand that, its a garbage movie
@BigManFran It's dogshit tie in a bowtie.
I loved PA:3 & the marked ones but other than that. That's about it.
Not a big fan of either one...but part 4 is more watchable lol and it's total trash. That says a lot about part 3.
With The Predator I remember the leaked set photos that had a lot of stuff that never even made it in the actual film like all of them plus a predator on a tank
Halloween 4 was my fav.
Evil Dead was a direct sequel to the first one... not a reboot. But is a great movie.
Whether it's a direct sequel or not...it's still a reboot. I think you're confusing "reboot" with "remake".
