To all those who dont get the Cinci reference...
Chiefs destroyed the patriots so badly in 2014 that everyone was asking if its time to bench Brady. Bill laughed it off (in BB way) and kept saying we are on to Cincinatti... they then destroyed the Bengals and went to win the SB that year. Thats where the phrase comes from.
Its one of his famouse phrases right there with Do Your Job

You're right we will never see the likes of Tom Brady as OC and Belichick as DC again. Now if you bothered to look at Belichick's career as an HC and not relying on a great OC like Brady his win percentage is lower than Rex Ryan's and even has less playoff appearances and wins than Rex Ryan. Belichick should have remained a DC because that is what he was good at, other than that he should have left it to those more talented.

I guess what you two are saying is
      1) there won’t be a time when the greatest QB of his era (maybe all time) gets on a team and the other three teams in their division completely trip over their own dicks for two decades straight and
      2) a mediocre coach gets to coach the greatest player of all time and then immediately slip onto a team with possibly the second and third greatest players of all time (relax LBJ fans)

True changing of the guard and an end of an era this year with Saban, Carroll, and Belichick gone.
Steelers fan here. Didn't like him, but respected his talent. Seriously wonder if he'll actually move to another team or just go into retirement like Cowher did.

As a Bucs fan, not gonna lie we would be interested in Belichek. I mean Bowles isn't the worst but he's a much better DC than HC.
It would be rather funny if we did end up picking up Belichek as HC at the end of the season.

The rise of the Patriots under Belichick, with six Super Bowl titles (to go with the two he had as New York Giants defensive coordinator) will forever be part of NFL lore. The story will also include how quickly and completely it all fell apart with the Patriots after Tom Brady left the team.

It's crazy that Belichick had been coaching for the Patriots long enough that if a kid was born on his first day at New England, they're well past the drinking age in the US.

Much as we want to throw shade at Bill, no one can't deny the dynasty he made in New England.
Wherever he goes, he will always have yay'ers and haters
For Darth Hoodie is never truly gone, he will just transcend and yet again be the boon of one team and the bane of many others

In fact for all intent and purposes, Belichick was done the day Tom Brady left the Patriots. He didn't do much before Brady, and has done less than that after Brady. Meanwhile Brady continued on very successfully with out him. Belichick obviously is going to the Hall, but there needs to be an asterisk next to his Hall of Fame bust with a photo of Brady next to it. I would say it's time for Patriot fans to pay the Devil his due, but that already started.
