Elanna you look so different! I mean this in the nicest way because it's always weird to ask but have you been exercising a lot and losing weight or something? your face shape has completely changed from what I rem but maybe im just crazy lol. If it is just physical changes from working out would you mind making a video on tips/recipes/exercises you love? been trying to lose the last 10 pounds for half a year now and I've plateaued HARD.
Hey! The last 18 months I've really changed my lifestyle in the sense I've made more of a my meals from scratch, fell in love with pilates and the last 6 months have been weight lifting. Can definitely do a health/wellness/etc update! x

I use the skin tint and I have dry skin (but live in bali and I am always sweaty lol) but I mix it with my sunscreen and i feel like it gives the same effect as a tinted sunscreen (like the laroche posay) and it is my favorite way to use it.

I am so sorry Paddy is in so much pain, that’s never fun to have your partner hurt or sick. Was PT ever suggested? Not that I’m an expert or you need anyone diagnosing/giving advice or that you want it. My husband had a really bad slipped/bulging disc in his neck where he was in horrible pain, we ended up in the ER, and they said he had to have surgery. I would accept that, a few months of PT and years later he hasn’t looked back!
Yes! He's slowly getting there but definitely a slow process. Thanks for the kind words. Poor guy hasn't had it easy this Winter x
