Bhavya, we've interacted many times on this channel and you've been really kind and your heartfelt comments have always inspired me to keep going. All I'd say is that it should be our number 1 priority to be kind to ourselves and to justice to our efforts. If you've put in efforts for the CAT 2021 exam, take those learnings and memories with you and cherish them. You've only earned something from this journey. I'd also say that it's not giving up, it's true realization and clarity on one's standing, which is very reasonable to have but rare to find. I'd surely encourage you to spend the last 37 days of this journey effortlessly preparing for the CAT 2021 exam and taking the exam with an open mindset. It will not demotivate you because you will not be keeping anything at stake. But, you will at least be doing justice to your preparation for the next year. Finally, coming to CAT 2022 preparation, if need be, you'll be able to crack it without coaching. I personally believe half of the work is done by ourselves, in fact more than half. So, you can surely nail it, just don't let anything burden you right now, it is just an exam. If not this year, next year, it gives you endless chances to prove yourself.

hello mam, honestly these tips were extremely helpful ngl i've started preparing for quants since i knew i was kinda weak at that area and i'm probs weak at DI too. considering that i'll give CAT in 2023 that is just after my graduation. you are so right about that it should be leisure prep and im so much convinced after seeing im starting out as same as you then im highly motivated and cant describe how much good i feel i love this channel sm, it helped me and guided me what i should be doing rn and always put me on right track since august 2021. i really hope i'd be able to get 99.99 with my dedication to study and with helpful channels like these

One of the points you mentioned is to first solve only LOD 1 questions. Though I understand what you are trying to say but at one point I am confused. How to approach after I complete all the chapters LOD1 questions. Do them again along with LOD2 questions because that will be a good revision also MAYBE or just LOD 2 questions. Also, please mentioned if it is okay to not do LOD 3 as they are too hard, tiresome and way above CAT Level according to quora and the man ARUN SIR himself. Thanks.

My ques is in the video u said not to take mocks but what for VARC. I guess VARC is all about practicing and taking mocks and making ourselves better day by day so that in cat for VARC we can score 99 to 100 % tile ???
You don't need to take mocks for the same. In the initial days, the focus should be on building the foundation. In case of VARC, solving as many RCs as possible, reading editorials and solving VA questions is going to lay that foundation for you.
My academics score are 75/56/90, I studied CS Engineering, with the given acads will I find difficulty in getting shortlisted for the summer and final placements in consulting, I'm an CAT 22 aspirant.
To be honest, consulting companies (especially the top ones) weigh academics highly on campus and the competition is also immense. If I had to be frank, there will be challenges during summer placements in getting your CV shortlisted. If you want to overpower your CV, take up a certified course (like CS, CFA) if that interests you. Else, getting a PPO in summers, supplementing it with a few case competitions won, PORs at the B-school, great academic scores at the B-school can help you get a consulting shortlist in the finals.
I solved only till LOD 2 and that too of only some chapters when I took coaching and found a topic to be not intensively covered in the TIME material. I also solved them whenever I scored low in mocks and realized a particular chapter was weaker for me.

You can take it lightly, for now, CAT requires only 11-12 months of dedicated preparation. Just work on the weaker area for now.

Mam just a question , when did your start solving LOD -2 and LOD -3 questions?
I solved only till LOD 2 and that too of only some chapters when I took coaching and found a topic to be not intensively covered in the TIME material. I also solved them whenever I scored low in mocks and realized a particular chapter was weaker for me.
