Black and Decker Pole Trimmer

This is a review of the Black and Decker Pole Trimmer model GTC1843L20.
Good trimmer with amazing battery life, but it is heavy when using it for a long reach.

Hello. Is it powerful enough for cutting the hedge easily when it has grown for a few months ?
I'm thinking of taking the corded model for more power. If it takes less time it's less tedious too.

Hi, It certainly cuts through my hedges ok and I only trim them 2 or 3 times per year. The blade gap is 12mm, but that might be a bit ambitious to cut that size of branch. I use the cordless as our hedge is way too far to safely run an extension cord.
