This lecture was a treat! There are so many questions circulating in my mind now. It is unbelievable how many experiences I've had in life that were influenced by a false sense of I. I am more than my trauma, I am more than the labels that have been placed on me, and I am more than the experiences I've had as a result of these things. Knowing that is enough to empower me to be the best version of myself.

The "I" is a sense of being-ness or aware presence which is beyond the thinking mind, space and time. When you become conscious of the present moment you and the present moment become one, you become the one consciousness. This is where everything arises, lives and disappears in that space of consciousness, called the "I" which is your eternal or True Self.

I have been on a seven year journey of trying trying and practicing inner well Ness practicing N everyday I know a lil better and lil better n lil better, but who I am, my inner self worth and how much love I feel for others, so I acknowledge Christian Beliefs but I enjoy learning all types of philosophical inner inspiration. I love my new car career, and my future home that love and passion and patience will buy me. Because Fame is another type of addiction. So I can afford to throw a lil shade out there. I Love this… It really made me feel strange in a good way. It was also scary to innerstand the ‘ I Am’. It made me realize that I’m not this body, it’s just an avatar I’m using in order to have a physical experience. So deep🤔😲😇
