Hello! I usually use Funjet and this is the reason for the following questions. *Is it possible to increase the commission, or is it set (in stone) already? *Can you send several property options in an email to the client? *Are the clients able to click on the property's names for pictures and info about the property when you send the quotes (options) in an email? *Can you use the deal being advertised..post to your social media page/send email page from VE? * Does VE have an affiliate link that we can advertise? (So that they can book themselves)
@matiajames2007 1. You're able to adjust the commission using add agent fee space above the commission. 2. Yes, but each quote has to be emailed separately unless it's a multidestination quote in one. 3. Yes, they can click on the hyperlink for the hotels and see more information on the property. You're also able to send quotes to yourself by entering your information so that you can see what your clients see to better be able to respond to any questions they may have. 4. I would not recommend forwarding travel deals directly from suppliers to your clients because sometimes they do have agent sensitive information such as bonus commission and other incentives, etc . However, take a look at my ebook on travel deals where I share my personal strategies on mastering travel deals and taking the information from emails like what you're referring to, to attract clients on and offline. travelwitharie.etsy.com/listing/1747532044 5. VE does not have an affiliate link, but you are able to send your clients a self book payment link once the booking is created. For more information about this link, I advise joining the VE Facebook group for travel agents. (If you're already a part of the group, I used the search tab to learn more about how it works) I would actually recommend joining fb groups for all the suppliers you work with. They can be very helpful.
