How do you receive the money as a cruise agent? I realize the commission is built into the price of the cruise. Is there a cruise agent number you receive and give the cruise line that distinguishes you from a regular person booking a cruise? Is that in the agent portal? You really are not explaining! It is very confusing! How do you get access to a portal? Do you have to go through a travel agency? I don't mean to be rude, but your information is not clear. I usually use Funjet and this is the reason for the following questions. *Is it possible to increase the commission, or is it set (in stone) already? *Can you send several property options in an email to the client? *Are the clients able to click on the property's names for pictures and info about the property when you send the quotes (options) in an email? *Can you use the deal being advertised..post to your social media page/send email page from VE? * Does VE have an affiliate link that we can advertise? (So that they can book themselves)

Question once you send the invoice and they put their credit card information and make the payment is it an actual payment that goes directly to the supplier or is it only an authorize form to fill out ? If so do I need to get the credit card info and I go to my supplier and booked them my self

Arie, I set up the payments but for the life of me, I don't remember how to send the monthly invoice? I sent it last month but can't remember what I did.

I'm also an Inteletravel Agent.. so Hey Fam! I'm still learning Travel Joy. Once the client makes the payment and I go book on VAX or where ever to book, I then need to go back into the invoice and just mark it as paid? In my test invoice, there are other options like share CC detail, and charge amount. When will I ever need to click either of those buttons? Or do I need to click the charge amount button in order for the card to be charged?

Ok, I have a question. I have a client who wants to make payments but I wasn’t approved for uplift, idk why.. How are you able to make payments to the supplier? She’s just flying from one city to another in NC. Some of the bigger suppliers don’t offer a payment plan for that. Ive been using Expedia TAAP.
