LOL Im an Asian and Chinese, I dont think it's that hard to understand to what she is teaching. My prof once said, if you find it's hard to understand someone speaking in English because of their slang, it simply means, your English is not that good enough. Anyways, if you're desperate for CC, I believe there are many better ways to request for it without having to downgrade others.
Don't worry about what the people will say as long as you do your better.The whole idea is clear and I understand her even thougn I am not sufficient with English language.
My suggestions are that this video should have referenced your video on deriving the fourier series. In addition, a periodic function with actual coefficients might have helped to illustrate better. Thank You.
