I'm a caregiver for my wife and nephew who both have Huntington's Disease. I normally do not go to fast food restaurants but my wife wanted McDonalds this morning. I spent $20 for a McDonalds Egg McMuffin, hashbrown, med. drink for her and McGriddle, hash brown and med. drink for my nephew. An egg McMuffin, hashbrown and sm drink was $4.29 in 2019 and nearly $9.00 today. I chose to skip breakfast.
