Ford quality. I have the same thing on my Ranger Rapter that I just bought this week in the same color too. Got home from dealership and noticed a ton of little specs of oxidized spots all over hood, fenders and doors.
Typically iron contamination comes from new cars being transported by rail cars and sitting in or close to rail yards. When there is constant rail activity around, the particles get airborne then settle on the surfaces of vehicles causing iron oxide contamination.
One more thing is some manufacturers would wrap the cars with adhesive vinyl covering during shipping, but not sure if any and which manufacturers still doing this. Toyota and Lexus were doing this preventing the problem.
This is my buddies truck, can confirm it came out absolutely amazing.
Been waiting for this. Thank you for doing an awesome job on my Ranger.
Which chemical brand do you recommend?
What caused all the iron to be embedded in the paint?
