At 92 certainly still beautiful!!
I think when you have a good soul it resonate out..Like Betty White and Dolly Parton and Cicely Tyson
barbara is living off of her dead sons years ....i notice that whenever a mothers child or children die young...the mother will usually live a long healthy life and get her childrens extra years...her son died young so....she probably got a lot of years from him
Weird. @@lesliehiggins3317
Absolutely! I have a few ideas… 🫠🫠🫠
92??? She has great genes.
Such a lady. Never spoke bad about anyone..class act. God Bless her.
Agreed.
Big change from today's 'Stars' that can't wait to trash their co-stars as soon as they think they can get away with it.
This is comforting and refreshing.
I wish other celebrities could learn from this... 'The Public' really doesn't want to hear it.
Not Really.
Well, apart from Burl Ives!
Kind word about everyone!
That's exactly my take-away from this interview.
I met her on an airplane, sat next to her for 3 hours about 10 years ago and she is one of the nicest, most sincere and authentic people I've ever met. I'd never guess she's 92 here. Wow.
Wow,
Sounds like a positive testament to her character. She always seemed like she 'would' be like that. Thanks for the confirmation and sharing what you did.
OMG-- I sat next to her too, but she smacked me in the face when I said, How old are you, about 90?" Nah just kidding. I sat next to her from JFK to LAX and she was really nice because as it turns out, we have a mutual friend.
This is cool
When I was 12 and my Dad was in Vietnam, I fell in love with Jeannie and sat glued to the TV trying to watch every show
I just turned 70 (my God, I feel like something is wrong, I can't be that old. Seems like yesterday I was 20 and on a Heavy Jet Flight Crew in the US Air Force flying all over the world. I will never make it to her age. I would consider 80 a God's Gift and be happy to have lived that long.
At 92 she has her looks, her memory, she can get around. That’s a true blessing. I watched I Dream if Jeannie as a kid in the 70’s. Such good times.
She is incredible, aging in a better way. It's a shame that the other actors are no longer with us.
I loved watching it after school.
Me too!!
It inspired me to want to be sexy when i grew up into a woman ;)
@@conditionallyunconditional5691 I Dream of Jeannie followed by Bewitched was daily viewing for many years in Australia.
She looks fabulous for 92
This is how 92 looks
she's much to beautiful and classy
For playboy magazine..
She's smoking with her clothes on,

She looks fabulous. Period.

How in the world is she still that stunning at 92? Maybe she is actually a Jeannie.
Genie
Some cosmetic surgery but perhaps not getting carried away with it so she still looks like a beautiful human being.
She's genetically well-blessed. In SO MANY ways...
Man, when I was younger I was younger I wanted a "Jeannie" like her sooo bad! 😂
@@JaxNole61sick
If she is 92 in that interview then my jaw is dropping. Barbara looks stunning in this interview. WOW!!!
When I was 15 years old the Australian exchange student lived with my family. We had to take her to Pittsburgh to the airport when she was flying back to Australia, and we saw Barbara Eden at the airport when we were dropping her off.
It turned out she was on a local Pittsburgh program that day so she had flown in for that appearance.
We saw her at airport security collecting her things and she was so beautiful. She was wearing a yellow pants and boots and I’ll never forget it. She was smiling and talking with the security people, she lit up the entire area, just standing there.
When I moved to California, I actually saw her in passing once in Beverly Hills. She is an elegant, classy, beautiful woman. Wishing her many more years to come. 🥰
What a beautiful story!!!
Her story tells us a lot about life. You can be very successful and then experience so much tragedy, but she managed to get through it all.
I can't believe how good she looks at 92! And still wonderfully sharp & lucid.
I tried to think of a woman as pretty as Barbara Eden. I grew up watching her in the sixties. There is no prettier woman that I can think of.
MANY women are at 100 and MORE ! 😅😊😮❤
She certainly is! The stereo type of the frail, sickly, confused older person is steadily disappearing. More & more people are living past their 90s in excellent health, independently living.
@@grace-shantif2073 that's not the point. she looks wonderful at 92. many older people do not look as good as her at her age
She took care of herself. She aged well.
The interviewer did his homework and he also politely let her speak uninterrupted. Excellent interview!
She seems to be as sweet and lovely inside as she is outside.
The interviewer is George Pennacchio.

@@debbabe2254 he is good. she is just as I imagined, humble and sweet. good story teller. but how beautiful! Ages so gracefully.
I met Ms. Eden at a USO dinner in Washington, DC, about 40 years ago and I will never forget her. Ms. Eden is gracious, kind, and a wonderful human being. We had a great conversation as if we were old friends. She is still beautiful, inside and out.
She is such a national treasure...I wish her continued health.
Barbara Eden is a Class Act!
She's the most underrated beautiful woman of her time, I'm guessing because she wasn't scandalous like Marylin Monroe, she always had a clean reputation, and in my opinion, she's the most beautiful beautiful woman that I have ever seen, her body was perfect and so was her face, perfect curves, most beautiful blonde ever... Yeah, Marylin Monroe would have been good for a one night stand ,but Barbara Eden would have been the kind of woman a smart guy would want to marry and hold on forever... And right now, she's definitely the most beautiful 92 year old woman alive...
92 looking 62 wow she's still looking beautiful!!!
Crazy thing...her voice quality also sounds much younger. Healthy living.
I don't know about 62. I'd say maybe 75.
Not 62. I say 60.
She still looks beautiful at 92 but doesn’t look her age at all! What a good memory she has. Love her!
This is unreal! She looks 40 years younger than her age, Absolutely beautiful.
I met Barbara Eden once back in '79 or '80. I worked at a western clothing store at the MGM Grand in Reno, NV. When she walked into the store, I recognized her immediately. I don't recall our conversation. What I remember is her grace, beauty, humbleness, and absolute kindness. She eminated warmth and genuineness. I was struck at what a wonderful human being she was!
Met her in Las Vegas, NV at MGM Grand. Lovely Lady!! Mid 70's.
I was a waitress in two different restaurants that Larry Hagman ate. That’s all I have to say. 😂

Remarkable woman with class! She's amazing, smart, georgous, witty and funny.
Very fluent and articulate
Always loved her. I grew up watching the reruns in the 80's. She is humble and dignified.
Absolutely enchantingly beautiful at 92.... You go Jeannie!
My uncle was close friends with her in the 60’s and 70’s. He was her hairdresser for some time. When he was staying with us for a few months, she called our house to talk to him. I answered the phone and was so shocked at 8 years old. 😂
Always a class act. What a precious lady. Thank you for the wonderful hours of entertainment Barbara Eden.
Wow she is so beautiful for 92 , she is a class act.
She is more Beautiful than a *LOT* of people half her age.
Seriously!
What an amazing memory for her age. What a lovely interview.
It’s so wonderful to see her as herself because it validates my feelings as a child that she must’ve been a good person.
My deepest sympathy to you Barbara. I lost my son to fentanyl poisoning in 2018. This scripture keeps me going. John 5:28-29. It talks about a resurrection to everlasting life on earth. Peace 💙

I'm 77 years old and still in love with Barbara. Her loveliness isn't just on the outside, it shines through her eyes like a beacon. So sorry that her private life was rough at times, but that just shows that in spite of being a talented star, she is still a real person. Today's actors have a lot to learn from her about being a class act. Thanks Barbara, for shining your light on all of us! We loved you then and love you now!
Wow, what an intelligent, articulate & sweet woman Barbara Eden is ! True class.
Lots of little boys had a huge crush on Barbara back in the I dream of Jeannie days.... she looks amazing, sharp mind and so well spoken. Respect Barbara - great entertainer!!
A lot of big boys, too.
Count me down as one!
I was one of those "little boys"
Barbara Eden and Elizabeth Montgomery. They were both magic and left me spellbound!
She certainly had the body for the genie outfit.
She is such a precious actress! Beautiful and talented.
Who knew she was still around???? She should be celebrated and honored somewhere somehow... She is literally a living legend!!
Nobody could ever play Barbara Eden in movies. She is an icon.
She looks fabulous. I can't believe she's 92. Wow. Love what she said about Elvis. She always says nice things about him. Elvis obviously left a big impression on her. ♥
Everyone who ever worked with him said he was a perfect gentleman, kind, thoughtful & respectful.
Barbara Eden is a beautiful human being, inside & out❤ May God continue to bless her🙏🙂
Ladies and gentlemen, that is the epitome of class and beauty!
They don’t make them like that anymore!!!😊
Wow! What a living beauty! Timeless! I can’t believe how eloquent and classy she was! Not a bad word about anyone, including Larry Hagman!
I'm so happy I stumbled onto this interview this evening. Barbara Eden was one of my teenage crushes back in the 60s when she was playing the genie on TV. I always thought she was the greatest and didn't realize how talented she really was. She's had an amazing life and seems to still be enjoying it.
I remember her on an Andy Griffith episode, so funny! She was beautiful but didn't know it.
Yeah, I knew nothing about her singing career. Just Jeannie.
I didn't even see her Andy Griffith appearance until years later.
I hope she enjoys many more healthy birthdays.
I'll always remember David Letterman asking Larry "Bud" Melman to describe the perfect woman.

The Queen of long lasting beauty !
Wow, she looks absolutely amazing. It’s hard to believe that somebody that is 92 still looks as beautiful as she always has look. And she’s so sharp in her mind. If she put out a book about how to stay, youthful I’d be one of the first ones to buy it😊❤
She's Amazing! This is old America long gone.
She is inspiring! - She looks and sounds amazing, holding down a really interesting conversation - a class act, positive, great memories and sharing the sad ones, too. Great to see her doing SO well.
Very few people radiate so much love, grace and childlike innocence more so than Barbara Eden. It's no surprise she is so adored by so many through the generations. And despite experiencing the types of heartbreaks in life that would decimate most people, she remains positive with not an ounce of bitterness. And yes, count me as one of tens of millions of males who had a MAJOR crush on her. She's a living doll.
Beautiful and mentally alert. We should all be so blessed!

OMG she is so sweet and still so beautiful !
Her memory! Beauty and brains too. What an amazing lady!
A true legend. Still going at 92.
She was and is beautiful inside and out! I understand what she meant about the dreaded phone call, I got the same call last May. It knocks you off of your feet even if it's expected. The difference is my son was estranged for a long time due to severe mental illness and we couldn't force treatment. The streets took him out after years and years of deterioration, Fentanyl was the final blow. Barbara is an inspiration, she didn't give up under some of the most heart wrenching circumstances. I really appreciated this interview from the nostalgia of I Dream of Jeannie to her personal losses and triumph over them.
This is one of the best things I’ve seen on RUclips in a long, long time.
Yes! Fascinating, uplifting, and lighthearted, even while discussing the lower points in her life. Fabulous interview with a fabulous person.
I hate to make this just another (unoriginal) comment about her age, but we're talking NINETY-TWO! Sure, she's had some work done, but this is a whole other level. Truly blessed.
Agree..but the work she's had has been very good..she's still her 😊
@@mckenziehellenann Saw her on _Worst Cooks in America_ not that long ago, and she did not look good. So apparently, the work she had done has either "settled" or she had it fixed.
She's fooled everyone by looking older. Genies don't age. She's just so classy she doesn't want to upstage anybody!
@@mckenziehellenannyes, most you can tell obviously having had face. Lifts etc because their faces often get overstretched and they look different while trying to look the same. She looks like she’s in her 60’s….I’m in my 60’s and she looks better than I do. And she dressed impeccably and such nice posture too.
But even more blessed & more importantly than enhancing your looks with cosmetic surgeries/Botox is her health seems to have been sustained in that she is still mobile & has her wits about her mentally. I find that to be most incredible in any person that age. After all, our health is our greatest asset.
I loved this interview, I used to watch Barbara on I Dream of Jeannie when I was a kid in the 80's. What a beautiful human being, humble, classy and sweet. Who doesn't Love our Barbara !

Nice to hear she's still with us. Shame she felt the need to go under the knife.
I never watch the videos about performers, but when I saw the title of this one I was curious. Barbara is a multi-faceted woman, like a quality gemstone. She makes me look ancient at 70! I was thrilled to hear that she loves elephants because I do too. I even have an original painting by the late Annabel, the elephant that was the first animal in the Anchorage, Alaska zoo. (I lived there for 37 years.) I also felt empathy for the difficulties in her life. I lost my son (first marriage) at 26 weeks gestation, and he passed 3 hours later. I never saw him (long story), and that was the beginning of the end of my 18 month marriage. I waited 9 years before I met and married my current husband and we will celebrate 42 years come October. Barbara, if you read any of the comments on this interview, know that I admire you and have for years. God bless you.
This interview serves a great dual purpose. Residuals have most likely run out for her, and interviews like this help older actors qualify for SAG health insurance which is so important.
She's worth at least $10 million and has a home in Beverly Hills. She's definitely not needy.
Today's celebrities could definitely take some cues from this amazing lady! Humble, sweet, & radiant throughout her entire career. She always kept her ego in check & stayed true to herself. Barbara, America's sweetheart 🌹✨
Sophia Vergara is probably the closest thing to Barbara. They are both not only talented comedians, but also both down to earth and about 20-25 years biologically younger than their chronological age.
