Yakushiji is the name of the temple I suppose, meaning Yakushi temple - one of the most famous ancient Buddhist temples in Japan. The chanting monk's name I don't know, but he's a monk so I guess it doesn't matter anyway. Literally some monks chanting Sutra at Yakushi temple, can't get anymore selfless than that
It is so peaceful and calm to listen, since I've found this channel I even chant the heart sutra myself everyday. It's so beautiful, thank you for this. ☺️

I was 5 mintues into meditating and it got cut off by 2 adverts, love what you do, but just for this 25mins video atleast please turn off advertisments, i dont mind for the rest.

亡くなった方の年忌は大切、ということを知りました。両親のお墓が遠い為、毎朝手を合わせていても、なかなかお参りに行けず気になっていました。でも、年忌にお経を聞かせてあげるといいと知り、般若心経を探していました。命日には気に入るものが見つからず、でしたが今、偶然にこちらに出会えました。素敵な音色...目を閉じると身体中に染み渡っていくような感じがします。
