You are one of the few therapists on RUclips that talks to the point, instead of babbling a bunch of BS trying to market themselves, as most therapists do.

I would love to get the link to the graphic of where emotions sit in the body, that Dan mentions at 23:50.

Hi! Would it be possible to link the study that Daniel is speaking on at 23:54? I am a college student writing a paper on ISTDP and I would love to look over the study!
Also, I just wanted to say thank you to Daniel because this was absolutely amazing! I was looking for help in understanding ISTDP a little better so that I would be able to write from a more comfortable headspace and immediately I felt so much more confident in my ability to understand this! This was so helpful and the way he explained the mechanisms involved and the role of the therapist... it was all just so helpful so thank you!

I am a victim of this "special Treatment". It causes me a lot of damage.

I’m so sorry to hear ISTDP didn’t work for you. I know from personal experience that it can take time to find the right treatment and the right therapist. Wishing you all the best on your healing journey 🙏
