    Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is: 1. Your video is not being SEO properly 2. Your video is not reaching the right people 3. Not using video hash tags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media Your video is awesome. Such videos are in great demand. If you do these things correctly. Hopefully, you will get a lot of visitors. Feel free to ask me any questions.

    Why is neuropsychological testing design in such a way, that the Phd neuropsychologist who administers and interprets the testing is not able to tease out the differences, due to a lot of symptom overlap from ADHD, PTSD, PCS, or brain damage caused by the TBI or exasperated pre existing mental health conditions? 🧠🤕

The truth if it all is no one in the world knows enough about our brains how powerful and how life changing they are. My line was drawn in the sand and there is nothing else i can do this is my life which torments me the most knowing im not the person who lives in this body im not the person i was and what he was about. ISTDP is not new at all. Freud was the first ISTDP therapist, with no therapy lasting more than 6 months. Davnaloo created this method in the 60 and 70s. Davanloo practiced in Montreal. The most prominent current therapist and researcher in Canada is Dr Allan Abbass in Nova Scotia. Google him for all his research. I have written 4 books on this method, for anyone who is interested.

    You mentioned women demanding respect on tiktok, but unfortunately I think a lot of women on tik Tok are sexually objectifying themselves as they relate their identity and their Worth to what kind of validation they can acquire from sexual attention from Men, (even competition for public attention and worth/status amongst other women) and so there's a cycle here that is taking place between both men and women where this is playing out. The good ole saying, " it takes two to tango" at it's best. We each have a responsibility to reflect differently on intrinsic human value, and thereby what we then believe will subsequently follow in actions. I think just to add an important note here, that a lack of father figure can really emotionally skew both the way a woman should be viewed and treated as a displayed example in the family unit, and the early childhood identity and affirmation of self worth with young girls. These things lead to a lot of confusion and searching later in life and if we look to the world to tell us what that value or identity is (sexual appeal), we fall into line with this problem, and eventually that value is threatened by aging (a priveledge in life, but often viewed as a disgrace.) Then women then fight to remain youthful as to not lose that sense of worth. It's a deep puddle and this is only peering in, so to speak.

I feel like I’m chasing a carrot and I keep getting rug pulled. Not sure if this will be worth it in the long run. :( thoughts?

    • @Nominawellness
      @Nominawellness 6 месяцев назад

      Hi! Thanks for your comment. In terms of drawbacks, ISTDP doesn't target flashbacks or specific traumas. ISTDP focuses on the emotions related to relationships and events; clients aren't forced to relive painful memories if they don't want to (although these memories do tend to be processed when client are ready). The main thing that can be difficult with ISTDP is sometimes the intensive nature of the emotions that are released and experienced. But clients most often experience relief afterwards when they reintegrate or reprocess those emotions; the discomfort is temporary. Hope that answers your question!

    A younger woman at work and I were talking, she crossed some boundaries, and I was really into all aspects of her, corny British accent randomly, weird dance moves when we were talking, her voice, her different styles of hairdo, it was all of the pieces, we talked about trauma, politics, music, once again I was totally into her. She said she enjoyed our interactions. As soon as I told her I thought I had a crush, she replied, that’s gross I’m too young, you could think anything would happen, I said no I had never asked about boyfriends, for her # , or even what are you doing tonight? I told her I needed less face time, as it shouldn’t take long to resolve my crush ( I literally just needed to see her flaws) she then started no contact, a couple of attempts to resolve issue, just ended up her yelling at me angrily, “are you going to be ok?” “It’s weird to be attracted to someone but not want to talk to them”, “I don’t like being weirded out” Finally I asked if she could at least tell me how I harmed her., so I wouldn’t do it to anyone else. The point is next She stated” you objectified me, I don’t respect people who objectify me” “it’s common sense” this has been going on for months, I have ignored her ever since. I am interested in understanding the mistake I have made, I want to be a better person

      Hi Brad… different women have different ideas of what makes them feel objectified based on their past experiences. If you took a chance and respectfully told her you had a crush and then apologized for offending her for taking that chance… my opinion is that you have done nothing wrong. The risk with telling people how you feel is sometimes rejection but that is a beautiful opportunity to grow and be okay with rejection. Hope this helps 😊

      I completely empathize with you. Something similar happened to me. I approached a girl who was giving, at least what I thought, obvious signs, and we talked a bit. And then I asked for her number, and she reacted sort of similar to what you experienced, and she said something along the lines of "I don't like being objectified." The confusing part about this is that my intention was never to objectify, I just wanted to hang out more. So I'm not sure how asking for her number so we can continue the conversation some other time was objectification. But I realize a few things. One is that sexual desire from women to men usually equates to feeling desired for men, a kind of sexual validation. But when men express sexual desire to women, it feels threatening to them because they have to go through potential physical, social and emotional problems. They have to get those potential problems out of the way through emotional validation before they can accept sexual desire from men. So, don't feel bad about what you did. Your intentions weren't bad, they were just interpreted incorrectly because she has to go through a bunch of problems that men don't, and men don't understand those problems. Women don't understand that men equate sexual validation to feeling desired, so men express sexual desire to them thinking it works the same way. It doesn't, it gets interpreted as threatening mainly in the aforementioned three categories. It's a common misunderstanding between men and women.
