I have a 2003 yamaha f115txrb and did seals upper and lower seals on lower unit however noticed a leak and oil coming out at factory specified 14.2 psi on prop shaft. Not sure if I should replace prop shaft since oil came out after a 5 or 10 seconds at 14 psi.
Air pressure will pass through a seal (if there is a leak path) much more readily than oil will given the air molecules are much smaller. Therefore air pressure will give you a better indication of a leak than oil under pressure will.
Thank you! No other F60 lower unit rebuilding videos? :(

hi the psi should be 12 ? is there range in between ?
Why did you drain oil before pressure testing?
