There's a lot of chinese cultural elements in the suit. The background items with the foods and red packets are associated with birthday. Birthday noodles (eat long strands of noodles to symbolise a long life), the peach buns are associated with longevity, the red packets given to you by your elders on your birthday.

And the noodle dish is called "Chang shou mian", which literally translates to "Long life noodles". I have seen them translated as "longevity noodles" before.
