So the weird name (sätkäjätkä) is actually Finnish, translates roughly to "cigarette dude", though very informal and mostly just sounds fun. Got a little chuckle out of me

What good really can come from playing multiplayer man? I feel like there would just be a bunch of people trolling the guys whose server they joined or anyone else by driving through the area or heard the host was hunting or stalking lol. Messing everyone’s hunts up.
