Sir you teach very well no doubt...but with all due respect i want to tell you that there is a mistake in the last part of this video. The Capacitance of any pair of conductors is independent of voltage and charge and for a particular pair it remains constant.....if voltage is increased or decreased then charges also change accordingly to maintain the ratio (i.e the capacitance) constant. Also Capacitor doesn't change its voltage abruptly unless the current through it is impulsive.This is its one important basic property.
Capacitance of Capacitor don't depends on the voltage and charge.. Please don't give wrong concept...it only depends on shape size and medium between plates...
