Thamk you for sharing my message for the last 6 years Cynthia ❤ Chronic Stress is killing people and our society doesn't support us to pause for peace. 10 days for blah days is a great idea. Are you esting too much or too little? Drinking too much? Sleeping too much or too little? Triggered and losing temper too much? Distracting your depression with addictions, screens, shopping, dating sites, then you sre stressed and your body needs your presence. Time to protect your pesce.
I can hear the strength in your voice Cynthia ❤ Love seeing you back and stronger than before.

I dunno how I feel about someone saying, "No, no-- I'll just finish my point..." when they tend talk over everybody. Obviously it can happen from time to time, but sometimes it's a bit much.

Andrea always tends to cut people off and push her opinion on the others rather than be open to hear other peoples opinions

Unhappy sounds more ridiculous than a mental health day. Just call in sick!

👏🏼 Andrea! Incorporate the unhappy day into your allotted sick days. At this rate, it seems we will have no workforce because people will feel too unhappy to work. Good grief!

Considering we had an example of that with Cynthia getting time off to just regroup… sometimes it’s necessary! Not everything is a way out, not everything is a cop out or done to take advantage! That’s the problem with North American culture the fake it til you make it attitude doesn’t work for everybody and can be more detrimental than you think

Bereavement is different than unhappy. We have to consider coworkers who have to cover, and there definitely are ppl who will use them all up just for a long weekend

It doesn't matter how someone uses their days but if an employer is offering you 10 days a year to take off, then the employee should not feel bad about taking those days if they just aren't feeling it. I'd rather a co-worker stay home than be grumpy and miserable at work, brings the morale down.

Oh shut up Andrea. You lack empathy.

Become your own boss and you can then take as many days off as you need. There is so much freedom when you're self-employed-
