Am I only one who feels like Bioshock 2 had more of an emotionally impact then Infinite?
You are not alone
Infinite was a ton of time-travel gobbledygook and pointless plot lines that went nowhere. Ken Levine actually said in an interview that they were jealous of what 2K Marin had done with characters. Guess they tried too hard to contend.
I agree
me too
definitely more than 1 in certain ways.
This game is pretty much a custody battle from hell between a single father and an insane mother over their daughter's soul. It's not as overtly philosophical as the others, but it is the best game and plot of the series by far, with the most emotional resonance and impact, makes you care the most about what you are doing, in trying to save Eleanor.
Holy crap, can't unsee.
Man just explained the whole plot of Bioshock 2 in the first sentence. I can't unthink that now...
Sad
THE BIGGER THEY ARE THE HARDER THEY AGUHUGAHGGHAGH - Thuggish Splicer, a true hero that lasted mere seconds.
Big Daddies protect their little sisters like the Sole Survivor protects those settlements that you won't stop mentioning
Well said
Sorry Gravy, Rapture is too far gone to be saved
@@tharinwattanayakorn5295 I’ll have to agree with that. It was doomed even before the civil war. No one to scrub the toilets, no regulation of ADAM, no charity groups to unfortunate, and Ryan’s hypocrisy was a recipe for disaster.
I guess that masked splicer was screwed then
*"Look daddy, It's you!"*
These memories 😭
Father’s Day is coming up
Everyone's saying delta is "programmed" to do what lamb says but they're not. The guy that dodged the drill use the plasmid "hypnotise big daddy" that you would know about if you played the first game. It makes the big daddy obey commands from people that use the plasmid and has no choice but to do what they say.
two things... first off, people dont remember that plasmid? and secondly, wish we coulda just had the big daddies do that in the first game. that way we wouldnt have to worry about still dealing with them :/
thegrief13 Good point... But I remembered it and it would be helpful if that did happen if u used the plasmid!
thegrief13 you could do that in the first game
According to BaS (Burial at Sea), that plasmid shouldn't even exist yet. It's funny how BaS retconned it.
I know I’m seven years late but doesn’t it only make big daddy think you’re a little sister he doesn’t do whatever you want
Man you could tell he was resisting at the pistol part
that shaking hand made me cry
azizul hakim it is very well done. i was imagining if it was me.. i'd be telling myself, "this is stupid! i'm not gonna shoot myself!! no way!" as the gun slowly turns to face my head.
well, that's what the plasmid 'Possession' does to human targets anyway.. once they can't find anyone else to kill for you, they commit suicide. exception? Firemen, Zealots, ...
i thought that was why she asked him to take his helmet off.. it may have been shielded against 'Possession'. you can't Possess a Handyman and many other things but you can posses a turret, Patriot [even Abe Lincoln in Clash in the Clouds but i thought Abe Lincoln was the enemy of Comstock's.. the Patriot is usually George Washington]
Narred Darr Yeah, but I also been thinking, maybe because little sister watching him doing it, and he did not want that. :(
azizul hakim me to
He started breathing harder and also started mumbling
I like the big daddies because it seems like they legitly love and care for the little sisters
+TheDeadManZone12349 Delta (the person you play as) was turned into a big daddy.
***** Many other Big Daddies have their own stories.
***** Theres plenty of information about them. Just check the wiki.
jack martin agreed!
jack martin But it is cool that there are difirent kinds of daddies
when im a father, im not gonna bother getting married and having children. I' just gonna find an underwater tube system or whatever, find a bronze tall thing and just let a little girl flop out of it. Bam, I have a child.
Haha
Make sure you're holding industrial drill equipment for the process to work properly.
Make sure you're also a genetic monstrosity. No offense to Subject Delta or the other Big Daddies.
Am I the only one that feels good when the little sisters call you Daddy. Not in a weird way like you feel a connection with them.
nope
Jesse Nielsen you’re not alone. In a way I’m like a Big Daddy to my younger sister, I would protect her from anything and anyone who wishes to do harm to her either physically or emotionally.
i hated little sisters so much, they're hateful
I feel it too
Yes, I feel the same
By far the best part of the whole bioshock universe is the big daddy/ little sister relationship. Just seeing those sweet little girls dragging around (and occasionally even talking back to) these enormous, pants-shittingly scary death machines is the most interesting and adorable thing I have ever seen in a game
I know right ^-^ I wish I had a big daddy to protect me
spinningninja2 subject delta/big daddy kind of reminds me of me and my little sister, she would grab me by the finger and lead me (like in the intro) If somebody touched her and bullied her i would get super super mad
@@boogie3718 sounds like a great sibling.
For some reason I always thought it would be cool to be a Big Daddy. Their so awesome and cool and like you said their death machines
Fallout NV was released in 2010 too.
So 2010 was the year of surviving headshots?
Chest Pec Respect No, he died.
Got revived via a vita chamber though.
***** Unrelated.

+$RandomFandom$ Not that it even matters.
New Vegas also had a Bioshock reference
If Bioshock 2 had a trophy for starting called "Ain't That A Kick In The Head", then everything would be perfect.
How to be the perfect dad
Step 1:Always stay aside with your daughter(little sister)
Step 2:Always play with her and sure she is happy
Step 3: If any one touches her DRILL THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF THEM...
Now you are the perfect dad, I hope this helped you and your little sister well.
xXCatsle ScratcherXx anyone touches my kid they’ll end up like new Brian
That is a true dad who would kill just to protect his daughter from anything
How is he the brother and the daddy
@@pinnyskenis9083 simply because it's called the "big daddy" and the character that it takes care of like its own child is called "little sister" - there are obviously no biological relations, just a strong, adoptive found family dynamic
4: if anyone tosses green goop at you do whatever they say
The little sister is like the cutest thing ever
Until the Big Daddies come in. Then, if you're low on health, ammo, and Eves, well you're fucked.
***** not when you have Adam and a gathers garden around. And a health center, and vending machines.
Allison Wills What if you have no cash? It happened to me a lot.
I'm talking Adam xD
Allison Wills Adam doesn't work on vending machines and Health Center.
I dont give a fuck what anybody says. Bioshock 2 was pretty god damn good. Stepping into the boots of a god damn Big Daddy. It was something alot of us wanted unlike the segment from Bioshock 1. Bioshock 2 had a pretty solid story with it's own characters and charisma. Sure it wasnt as dantastic as Bioshock 1 but it was pretty god damn close.
Are they gonna make more bioshock games?
+Magic potato13 anime lover yes. 2k games stated that bioshock is a permanent franchise for them, so expect a new bioshock maybe in 2017 or 2018
Hell yeah! Still haven't played the second one but I think the plot's good. All games are really fucking great.
Yay a I can't wait to play the other games also what happened to bioshock infinite the um gameplay the early bets I think idk correct me if I'm wrong
You say unlike Bioshock 1 as if people wanted to play as Big Daddies before Bioshock even came out.
1:50 The roar of that Drill though.
The best unspoken "you'll regret even watching my daughter"
If a big daddy does that towards you, you’re already dead
@@MisterJohnDoe It's only fun and games til a big daddy comes charging at you with a drill
From looking at the comments, it looks like I'm not allowed to like both Bioshock and Bioshock 2 the same.
+Comrade Danny I know right?
It's almost as bad as not being able to like fallout 3 a fallout:NV the same.
+FrenchPatriot you actually can, I did it myself.
ya that's right and I better not catch you liking both
They're all absolutely amazing. BioShock 1 has the superior story, BioShock 2 has vastly improved gameplay mechanics, and Infinite has a better story than 2 (but not as good as 1) and better gameplay than 1 (but not as good as 2).
+Antonio Figueroa what about infinite
something i noticed about this intro that i never noticed on my precious playthroughs is that delta almost exclusively keeps his eyes on eleanor despite being hypnotized. it’s like his love for her is able to break through the plasmid and keep him at least focused on what he loves before he dies instead of looking into the eyes of his killer.
Am I the only one who doesn't get why a lot of people say Bioshock 2 is not comparable to the other Bioshock games?
Not at all. I think BioShock 2 was a great entry in the series.
Yip, I thought the same thing
You're not alone. In fact, this is my favorite entry in the BioShock series thus far.
phantomturtle44 Are you sure?
Zachary McSleuthburger Yes, of course I'm sure.
lol love Eleanor at the beginning
"lets go out to play daddy"
me: those poor, poor stupid splicers XD
Why this opening is perfect:
- Showcases the beauty of Rapture pre-Civil War/downfall
-Introduces the three central characters: Delta, Eleanor, and Sofia
-Shows how much Delta loves/wants to protect Eleanor
-Reveals Delta’s appearance without forcing him to do something dumb like look into an 8ft tall mirror
-Lets the player know that Delta is less indestructible/powerful than the other Big Daddies, since we see him getting shocked, and his drill doesn’t do as much damage as a Bouncer’s drill (the fourth guy took a straight hit and was able to stay conscious)
- Introduces the evil of Sofia Lamb in a way that’s simple, yet adequate: make a father shoot himself in front of his daughter in the name of “rejecting the self”
- Show that Delta is an outcast that doesn’t fit in (unlike Jack and Booker) by having the waiter recoil at his appearance
Main hero from Bioshock infinity@@wojtekreliga3881
I do not know if I can call Jack fitting in Rapture.
Splicers and first Little Sister view him only as the next source of ADAM, which they can extract or as a competitor in gaining ADAM.
The waiter moved back, because Big Daddies are very dangerous especially when they are carrying a Little Sister.
"Look dady, it's you" first thing I heard her say, I allredy love her
The look of horror on Eleanor's face spelled it out, plain as day.
favorite part, Daddy jumps down. and squished a guy
Chick

That was always the best part in this entire opening in my opinion
shit now i feel bad for killing the big daddies
+onlygirlintheworld01 you should feel more bad for the alpha series dude :'(
You should feel good for killing Bouncers, Rosies, etc. because they aren't just put into suits, the suit is GRAFTED ONTO THEIR SKIN and I theorize that all of those models feel constant pain.
+onlygirlintheworld01 Only feel bad if you harvested the girls rather than rescued them.
+MrHutchFilms Im pretty sure they cant feel pain. They dont really react to being shoot. So they probably cant feel pain in the same way we do. They would have to feel some kind of pain to notice they are under attack.
But yeah.
The Big Daddies can't exactly feel pain because they're genetically modified (the Bouncer And Rosie variant) but the one you play as in BO2 is not genetically modified, they are the alpha series, just humans in a big diving suit, but you should feel bad if you harvest them instead of rescuing them
The bigger they are, the harder they-AHHHRAAAAHHHG!!!!!
hahhhhahha XD
the harder they .drill to the chest, splicer goes flying into wall.
you were saying sir? XD
LOLOL yeah what an idiot, just casually walking towards a Big Daddy w/ a frickin' wrench.
thats splicer logic for ya
Sometimes I wish for a game where the enemies would actually have a decent IQ and actually learn as well. I want certain enemies to cower and run after seeing me murder one of them with no effort at all, while others try to be clever when attempting to kill me. I'm not bashing Bioshock though, I love this game.
:splicers bigger they are harder they-
Delta:shut the fuck up and eat drill!
Does anyone else think that bioshock 2 was more emotionally better than infinite and the first game or is that just me?
Infinite was more about different universes and the impact on the world
Joseph Bracuti imhjifgyedftretyjbmijjjnbbbjhhhhhbbbbbbhgyhmkonkuhuh
Joseph Bracuti You're not the only one. All Delta wanted was to spend time with his little girl *starts bawling* The bitch Sofia Lamb just had to take that away from him! *sniffs* I'm sorry I need moment...
its okay
Joseph Bracuti I agree with you
This is criminally underrated
Spoiler: there's a big daddy
I'm going to try and get the other ending tho
Luke Richardson i believe there are 6 {lame} endings and THIS clip is an intro. Tennenbaum returns to help the little sisters [or something like that... i forget] but the blonde Sylvia Saint is into 'control' and the Big Daddy that wakes up in 1969 is the one that shot himself in the head thru Sylvia using a Possession plasmid [hence, the green glow around him, all 'Possession' plasmids give off a green glow in all multiverses].
this is in no way a spoiler because you are told this and a LOT more in the manual. you are an earlier model 'Delta' Big Daddy.. in the manual.
i'll say this now so you know: *Bioshock 2 has no real spoilers for your Bioshock 1 and Bioshock:Infinite gameplay*. it's not really tagged in with those other 2 games. but if you enjoy doing the same 'protect the Little Sister' mission every mission? you'll love it. MP? forget it. awful.
i haven't played this all the way thru because it felt so half hearted storywise and, tbh? it was very repetitive. And when i bought it there were no MP games going on with more than 3 or 4 players, it was that lame - 7 game types and 10 maps. that's it. why did they even bother??
exactly the same combat, same research camera boosts, same hacking turrets, cameras, vending machines... just a pitiable storyline tagged on.
at least Bioshock 1 had a terrific story, combat and more with the Bioshock:Infinite DLCs tho Burial at Sea DLCs were from a slightly different multiverse as there are no pneumo/sky hooks/lines in Bioshock 1 we played... as the Lutece 'twins' [for 'twins' read: 'variables'] put it to Elizabeth 'watch for constants and variables' meaning if you travel from one multiverse to another the slightest thing could mean skyhooks [only available in Bioshock:Infinite] become available in Rapture in Burial at Sea but are called pneumo hooks.
Bioshock 2 manual Single Player is page 3 to 17 and set in 1969 after he {the prototype Delta 'Big Daddy' - smaller earlier type} wakes up after being 'Possessed' and ordered to shoot himself in the head 10 years ago.
the Multi Player manual is between pages 18 to 32 and most MP games require 6-10 players. you choose between fighting for Ryan or Atlas set in 1959 at the start of the Rapture Civil War.
if the team had spent more time on creating a better, deeper story & didn't bother with the awfully lame Multi Player then Bioshock 2 would have been as good as Bioshock 1. as it is? it's not necessary to play it to get the full story of Bioshock.
there are no *true spoilers* in Bioshock 2 to ruin your BS1 and BS:Infinite games. it's just escort missions to protect Little Sisters as they collect Adam and the combat is the same as BS1.
Narred Darr my joke is that she "spoiled" it for me and since I know there are more endings I will try to get another one since she spoiled it for me
Luke Richardson oohhh.
sorry, mate.
i really went off on one didn't i? wasn't having a go tho. i'm just a bit stunned that so many people rate Bioshock 2. i used to call it Bioshock Poo.
but i do enjoy the Burial at Sea 1 & 2 DLCs and the vague 'constants and variables' link to BS2.
i can count on one hand how many times i played this MP because nobody was even trying. i thought there'd be lots of BS2 players when it came out.
the good thing i can say about it is the MP has 7 MP modes, 5 if you exclude Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch.
but, and this is what lets down a potentially good MP game within Rapture... the game is limited to 6-10 player.. 5 vs 5 players? in a map in Rapture? and there's only 10 but they are quite big.
they really could have made a GREAT 4 player co-op in 1969 Rapture.
if you're early game and you meet a Big Daddy and splicers attack and the Big Daddy attacks the group too? we'd be dead in no time early level so having an Elizabeth type character that can open a tear so we're on the other side of the wall.
or interaction with the terrain.
Spoiler: Splicers are dangerous
I love how the entire thing about the Big Daddies is that they're supposed to protect little sisters-- that is exactly what he did and yet he's told to shoot himself
It's because the green ball thrown at the Big Daddy was the Plasmid "Control Daddy" you can get it in the game and throw it at daddies to control them, so he couldn't really stop from shooting himself.
yeah I saw that, but my point still stands, the job the big daddies have is to protect the little sisters... and yet he's being told to kill himself for doing just that
Oh... your wondering about THAT, well I can tell ya the reason but it's a bit of a spoiler I think, I haven't played this game in years but there is a reason why that very specific woman tells him to kill himself.
ok then, don't spoil it please!! ^_^ thank you
+How2 PUT A WARNING I WANA HERE IT
i enjoyed bioshock 2, probably one of the best games i've ever played, however i wish (if they ever do a bioshock 4 and you're a big daddy again) they would improve on the feel of being a protector. when i played as delta i felt very small and insignificant, sometimes i would look at other Big Daddies and think "wow, i just feel like a guy in a suit, im meant to feel like a huge badass Big daddy, but im the size of a common man" so they could improve on the size and strength (maybe when you walk around, you can hear the thump of your huge feet, the sway of your helmet), add in finishing moves, i mean, how awesome would it feel to drive a drill through a splicer!? it would be all bloody n stuff, like in this intro. find different ways to get a little sister, instead of just fighting a BD and winning? go to a vent, have 25% chance of summoning a little sister yourself, or try and find one that's alone or being chased by splicers, bring back multiplayer, have competitive matches, create your own character, splice him up, dress him down, and co-op, make your own big daddy, choose if you want to be a rumbler, or a rosie or a bouncer and then give him weapons, do cooperative missions of survival, just a few ideas, nothing much =) really hope they do a bioshock 4
Dante Cocc yeah, they did say that in the wiki, but hey, in this cutscene he sure looks really massive, next time they do a bioshock, make these bad boys bigger!! =D
Deltas FTW! Screw Bouncers. Screw Rosies. Screw Rumblers. Screw Lancers!
you're not just a big Daddy in BioShock 2 you're actually a Rosie so that makes you feel special because there's no other Rosies in Bioshock 2
True Gamer 1873 there are rosies, they are the few you can defeat, your actually an alpha series
it bioshock 3 because Bioshock infinite doesn't refer as 3 its kinda a Prequel or just a little connection until the Burial at Sea. and of course this is my opinion and idea. but hey Hope that they make another bioshock!
When he put the pistol against his head and was about to fire, is it weird that I can imagine him mouthing the words "I love you" to Eleanor?
I thought he said " no ! Who will protect her now?"

The part where Delta comes to defend Eleanor is just so satisfying to me, and really shows the raw fury and savagery of an enraged Big Daddy. You touch their Little Sister, you die-no questions asked.
People always talk mad shit bout bioshock 2, but it is a lowkey masterpiece. From the music to the scenery to the story. It's pretty freaking good in my mind. Dont know why it doesn't get more love
On the topic of music: I love how after you fight the first Big Sister and plunge into the ocean, when you finally see Rapture as a whole it plays the first games into music but it's shorter, not as proud as the first time reflecting how it's only gotten worse since the first game.
The story might be good, but it could not compete with plot twists of the first game. The sequel was also criticised for not having option to return to previous areas or having very limited number of "Power to People" stations. The only thing I really enjoyed in the sequel was a part where you collect Big Sister suit for Eleanor as a Little Sister.
Many people says that the right Bioshock sequel is DLC "Minervas Den", because it captured magic of a first game.
Idk why people shit on Bioshock 2. I'ma first timer in the series (I've played the remastered version on PS4 recently) and BS2 was, imo, one of the most fun games I've ever played. They took the already addictive gameplay of BS1 and cranked it up times 10 for this game. Sure, it doesn't have a groundbreaking plot twist like 1, but who cares? The story holds up in its own way and is literally a great jump in gameplay not too many games w/ sequels make these days. If i had to tell people which is my favorite Bioshock piece (main series or DLC) it's Bioshock 2 closely followed by Burial at Sea episode 2, and that's considering I haven't had time to fully digest the greatness of the whole series.
I don't see people not caring about Bioshock 2, they say the first and second part are just fuking good
Happy Father’s Day to all the big daddies in Bioshock games
i love this game. the graphics arent too shabby, the gameplay is excellent, i dont get bored, and some scenes are gory and others are so sweet. the fatherly bond delta has to the little sister always gets to me! this game will always be remebered as one of the best games ever!

never have I felt about characters in a game this much since I first played Bioshock.
This one was by far my favorite. Still love the first one but I enjoyed the story of this one more, Delta and Eleanor did really see each other as father and daughter, it's a bittersweet storyline. I couldn't get into Infinite, I played some of it but I just didn't like it.
Infinite seems to deal with a different set of complexities. Particularly Elizabeth's development as a person, though I've not yet played the Burial series, I'm guessing they expand into related themes from there.
personally,i'd only get infinite if i could get burial at sea WITH it. Aside from that,if i didnt have the dlc,i wouldnt finish the normal game,i'd be bitter over having barely any rapture.
BioShock 2 is the best game in the series. I hate how as soon as Infinite came along, everyone just completely washed over and ignored this beautiful game. Still my favourite, always will be.
I wouldn't call Infinte in bad. In gameplay and graphics, it could be argued that it's the best. The first game has terror and characters specifically Andrew Ryan, on its side. 2 has story and tone. Plus Subject Delta is a bit more interesting of a character than Jack and Booker.
Minera's Den was much better than sequel because it has particular plot, purpose for level searching, better written main character (unlike Subject Delta, who looks like a plot device), suistanable gameplay, cool new weapons (laser gun and black hole plasmid) and of course shocking plot twist.
Not to mention Reed Wahl boss fight was a great redemtion for lackluster Frank Fontaine or questionable Subject Omega.
this is one of the most sadesst and most heart warming intro ever
That moment where he revs up the drill

uhmm sorry????
2:18.... funny thing is, Eleanor is biologically Delta's daughter. There was cut dialogue from Eleanor saying that Lamb used Delta's "Genetic Material" to birth Eleanor, completely unaware of who this genetic material was from. So, Delta was a Sperm Donor, confirming Eleanor is biologically his daughter which is why they share such a deep bond. *Cut dialogue=still canon*
Bio shock 1 is so good... I love the storyline... And the plot, my favorite part was the first "Big Daddy" encounter... part 2 of bio shock was the absolute best.... but something's in bioshock 1 are better then BioShock 2. Like for instance... you can literally one hit a splicer with telekenisis. if you throw a hat at them... they instantly die... it was funny and fun to play around with... the weapons you find are also fucking amazing.... BioShock 2 weapons are just more fin to use... and well... obviously playing as a Big Daddy hyped me up.... the best part is the hype still lives on.... sadly my least favorite BioShock game is infinite.. I played that shit for about 9-13 times already... the reason why I did is because I didn't fully understood the story lines end... but now I do .. I hate how they replaced eve with vigors... big daddy's with handyman... etc.... skyline riding was fun... but the hype wasn't to Strong.. I loved it regardless... but I prefer BioShock 1-2 both are equally GOOD....
............
Atomic Ninja ?
They didnt replace them, it's another dimension as u saw in the final
Oh man getting headshots with the rivet gun was the most satisfying thing in the game
So....In bioshock 2 you're Big Daddy?
yes, called subject delta
your main mission in the game is to get back to the little sister you saw in the beginning...tho 10 years or so pass when you actually start so shes more of a young adult then a little girl
Darian to add to that, eleanor is actually the one who finds a way to bring you back, though it was a slow process
Darian ok well thanks :)
yeah... just like in the absolutely worst part of bioshock!
Creepypasta_Mate_921 well, if you can host a MP game with, i think there's a minimum 4-8 so you'd just need another 3 players, then try on the REAL Big Daddy suit.
you feel and move like a tank. you can use plasmids to move faster but at first with nothing you're so slow and you can't even hack. then again, you can walk up to a turret and just thwack it down
"Get out here, you freak!"
says the man who just fire an electric bolt from his hand
How'd he get his helmet back on?
When you die in game their are these chambers that revive you. Eleanor made a little sister use the chamber to bring you back to life. odd right? to answer your question... I'm guessing she put your helmet back on.
Shout out to the guy at 1:33 who didn’t flinch or even turn around at the sound of an angered Big Daddy rushing up behind him. Either has the biggest balls in all of rapture or just really fucking wasted.
What a truly original, amazing series this is!
Big Daddy of curb stomps if you ask me.
Not gonna lie if someone did a fan trailer of delta jumping off the stairs to land on the splicer....would've been badass if the song turn down for what came on
killing myself immediately i cannot handle this intro again 😭😭 eleanor looks so terrified i cant. i cant take it
I find it very interesting that the 3 Splicers that were killed by Delta were actually the Multi-player characters.
3:03 knowing what I know now, that Delta _is_ Ellie’s biological father… 😭
“DADDY!!!!”
1:43 *_COME ON AND SLAM AND WELCOME TO THE JAM_*
I realized something, if Elizabeth from Infinite was born in 1894, she'd be 62 during this cutscene, 64 during Bioshock 1, and 72 during Bioshock 2.
Elizabeth was in the department store with booker while all of this was going on and she was still young
I'm surprised no one thought the funniest part was GET OUTTA HERE FREAK
*smacked*
GAAAAAAAA
my best friend gave me this game, the best game I've ever played.
Wait Ive played bioshock 1 and 2 and in my experience and when i pissed off a big daddy i threw a hypnotize big daddy plasmid at him it failed. So in what sense did it work on him but not the others.
Gives me chills every time
Bioshock 2 was my favourite out of all the bioshock games and it was also the first bioshock game I played
I love the expression on that one guy's face when Delta walked passed
I just found out people didnt like Bioshock 2 as much
I love this game, my favorite in the series
Same here dude!
I love the theme to it
An Abandoned City Underwater. I mean come on
@@wolverine_779 Dude Bioshock 1 to me was like and appetizer and Bioshock 2 was the full course
@@felixpaz2060 Facts
@@felixpaz2060 Also I been thinking
Should I play the games by the order its in or should I play them by the year they are based on?
@@wolverine_779 I played them in order and had a great time that way but either way is fine
It happens to the later versions because if you read the book, the earlier attempts at fusing machine and body parts was really a rough process. Not to mention, Delta was the first successful Big Daddy but the only the fourth attempt.
I loved both of them, can't wait for the 3rd one!
why is it that every Bioshock game ends with the main character dying? Bioshock 1 jack dies, Bioshock 2 Big Daddy dies, Infinite Booker dies, Burial At Sea Booker dies again and Burial At Sea Part 2 Elizabeth dies. Seriously do these games make us want to feel like shit by the end?
+The ZombieMan I feel the same way. I grew up watching movies or playing games with happy endings, so seeing the main character die at the end makes me sad or angry. I was especially sad when Elizabeth died. Also, Jack didn't die. In the good ending, he lived a full life raising the little sisters then he died of old age.
Christopher Samaras still died
2K has the bloodthirst.
Except for *sort of spoilers?* mafia.
Arkhamfreak217 guess it's not enough to make the player murder hundreds of goons for 12 hours
When I see the thumbnail I can't help but think of Looney Toons.
Despite the conversion into a Big Daddy, an Alpha Series retained some level of free will that allows them a level of creativity that their later counterparts didn't have. As for the hypnotized and pistol part, you can sense that he's resisting Lamb's orders but it's futile.
I just noticed that Delta’s drill doesn’t have any blood on it after demolishing that guy
high quality non-stick drill
It sucks how nobody uses "BioShock" anymore, and instead using "Bioshock". :(
It sucks how nobody recognizes the biggest of daddies which is "System Shock".
cannibal151 That's where 1999 mode comes from. Well, at least System Shock 2 but still.
I thought it was written Bioshock. I'll have to correct myself, then.
cannibal151 yehhhhhhhhh. i rem ppl playing Doom2? crap. strafe, forwards, backwards, shoot. yawn.
system shock? hack, go prone, crouch, run, sprint, lean, upgrade your cyberwares, weapons, hacking tools, skills, etc etc.
System Shock. the first REAL decent shooter. System Shock 2 even better and played it co-op w a mod.
I was the best Mr.Bubbles
"The bigger they are! The harder the-" Famous last words
just completed bioshock 2 and it's an experience unlike others
