So I have this chair, found it, someone had thrown it away thing is it was torn up EVEN STILL, even still it was THE ONE, the most comfortable Office Chair I've ever sat in bare none SOOOO, so I took it home with me and ordered a new back and seat panel, keeping the remainder, cost about $128, I'm satisfied!
