There's still a lot of smaller clubs around, the problem is most of them are support clubs for the larger clubs. The politics have gotten out of hand. I live in Texas and grew up in Southern California Ventura to be exact, I've been around a lot of Patches. When I was coming up late 70s early 80s in California it was okay to still belong to a RC or even an MC, now it seems like you have to take sides. Thank you Mike. You are correct about too much criminal element. We are an Old School club, riding and partying with Brothers and supporting each other is what we are all about. Nothing more, nothing less.
@@hangmen71 FYI just finished reading your book and it was so entertaining! How you managed to live to such a ripe old age is a testament to what an amazingly talented rider you are! Too many close calls to count! I recommend your book to anyone who wants to see how it REALLY was in the old days!

Thank you again Mike, I appreciate you reading my book.
It was wild times for sure.
Looking back, a lot of it doesn't seem real.
But it all really happened.
i was born in the 80s but it looked like a hell of a time!!!
Lots of shovels
Dale Anderson wow I was hoping I didn’t have to hear that, he was a straight up guy who was crazier then hell but what a guy.. Mark n me had some fun times together...he lived with me for awhile in OC in 1984 I also knew Barney and Kurt...We both together had a ranch in Nor Cal in the 80’s also knew Karen his ex .. His son Dave has to be a grown man by now...I would go to his house n leather shop in Big Bear in the 70’s, the early 70’s was his Lake Elsinore House...yea saw the pics that’s why I’m writing all this...crazy fun times loved the guy... lost touch with him but always remembered
Amazing. As a younger cat who loves cruising, I love watching videos like this that show what it's all about.
Thanks Dude.
Good here your club still going love the photos great video wicked bikes
Thanks Cris!
With all the texting and driving, I’m surprised there’s any bikers left today.
Another version of my video with different music. facebook.com/KahnRadio/videos/5417901098314126
I had a buddy who was a Hangman back in the 70’s..it’s was good times.. we all lived in Lake Elsinore at the time..if anybody knows one Mark Burris let him know
David Thornton
I knew Mark very well. We went to high school together and were best friends before both joining the Hangmen.
You may recognize him in many of the pictures in these videos.
Unfortunately Mark is no longer with us.
I hope all is well with you..like I’ve said before I had good times with Mark Burris… I miss that guy to this day…we we’re buddy’s from early 70’s in Elsinore to the late 80’s…what a crazy time we had together…hopefully all is good with you…I really miss those days.. so much craziness and fun! You take care, loved your book…DT
We had airguns in 70’s England 🤣 now there’s someone with an m16.
Are the Hangmen still an MC today? I remember hearing something about them back in the day, but nothing recently. Cool video! The 70's was far out, man 😉
Yes, we are still active. You can get the book about the old days on Amazon.

Just bought both of your books Dale. Couldn't put em down. Write more. I was brought up in Belfast in the 70's and longed to get out. Bikes were the tool of the masses, got us away from hell on earth. 40 odd years later, I find myself a member of the oldest CMC on earth, and it is a balm to my soul. Real brotherhood, and biking all over the world. Your knowledge of the past does you a great service.
Faugh À Ballagh....
Thank you Vic. It's always great to hear from the Brotherhood from around the world. So glad you liked my books, thank you for reading them. I do have more books in the works.
And Vic, thank you for the great review on Amazon. Greatly appreciated. If you're interested, my new book is out, mostly about flying stories, biker to pilot. The next time I'm in Ireland, we'll have to get together for a pint of Guinness.
@@hangmen71 Excellent Dale. I'll check em out! BTW. I live in Italy now for the great weather but I'm always going back to Ireland to see my club brothers so you never know!
@@hangmen71 just bought it Dale. As soon as her indoors gives me a moment, I'll be nose to the Kindle! Any time you are thinking of visiting either Ireland, Or indeed Italy, let me know in advance sir. An Irish welcome awaits.
@@Vic-ng8if ... That's awesome Vic, please let me know how you like the new book. Maybe another Amazon review? What part of Italy do you live in? I've been to Sicily (Catania) and Rome. Beautiful country! I also spent a few days in Shannon about 8 years ago. Loved it. Will definitely give you a shout if I'm in the neighborhood.
Sehr schöne, alte Fotos.
👍👍👍😀
Would really like to see this without the pulsating pictures. Maybe set to Nazareth's "Miss Misery" or Al Green's "Ride Sally Ride". But thanks for posting the pics, the 70's were great (if you lived through them)
Jim Grady ...... No, it is what it is.
Jim Grady;
Some of us lived through them, some didn't. Many fallen Brothers along the way. But that's the life.
Glad you liked the pics.
The way it was supposed to be.
Looks like a bunch of buddies out having fun.
Back when bikers were bikers, and Brotherhood meant sumthin....things got greedy an needy which gives us todaze showponies...
Right on Man.. Ride on
Fucking Right on
These guys and others like them created the choppers that have become so iconic in American culture and probably saved Harley Davidson’s ass from going bankrupt. Not that Harley would ever admit that. Glad to see their club is still out there doing their thing.
RIP Hangman Joe...
And RIP Hangman Skip
He got my body
They use Bon Jovi as their music jingle? Get the fuck....
Bullshit that’s a bikie
I was fortunate enough to have been a biker in the 1960's and 70's. It was all about riding, sleeping rough, drinking and the odd rumble. Now it is all organized crime..PERIOD!
the original Filthy Few
Sixties bikers were awesome before the shit became too serious and deadly truly the pinec
