At the risk of sounding rascist, show me one African country that has succeded under majority rule. Can't? That's because there aren't any. South Africa was poised to become Africa's only first world nation but the ANC sunk that after coming to power.
Orania seems to be a wonderful place to live! I hope to visit there and maybe move if it seems as nice as the video shows. In the USA, there is just not a whole lot of places a person can go to live in peace and quiet and enjoy company of choice.

I have some questions.....Where do the people get work there and if so what do they earn. If this place is a boeregemeenskap, his means that they pay a basic farm worker salary. How on earth can a person with a family live on this sort of pay. It seems that you can only go and live there if you have a small fortune in the bank to support yourself. What about medical expenses in these times and what about school fees. We all know how ridiculous these are. What about housing and rent????
