Jah's story may not be as heavy as his brother's but his empathy made me admire him more. Pablo's story made me teary eyed. I just happened to noticed them after the foxny tv guesting and since then I became interested sa journey nila. I guess the reason why Jah keep those corny jokes is somehow to uplift their spirit and make them smile.
I'm just a silent viewer, but Sir, I couldn't help but express how we truly appreciate your support for SB19. The way you explore their stories and their music... 💙 Thank you so much for you sincere words. It means a lot, especially to us, A'tin. It makes us so "kilig". 💙
Btw, Kwento Juan was derived from the filipino word “Kwentuhan” which means “talking with someone and sharing stories with them” and “Kwento” means story, “Juan” (typical term for a filipino) is like your average joe in USA.
The Juans are a GREAT GROUP, no cap! Just prepare tissue--or better yet, towels--whenever you listen to their songs. They're the kind of group whose music snipes and squeezes your heart out. They're also very raw and authentic.
We're hoping you can also explore The Juans' music 🤍 they have a song that Stell choreographed "Anghel" and then a song where Stell was a cast on its MV “Salamin”
Pablo's "???" and La Luna really depicts his struggles and experiences in life. Pablo always wrote by reality and not just fantasy. When he wrote it is not just basic, it is always 'deep'.
I have never stan a group before until I heard WHAT? of SB19. It was unbelievable to me that there is a group of guys that can sing and dance and make harmonies this good. I listen to KPOP before but I stopped and the only kpop groups I know are 2NE1, SuJu and SNSD. SB19 made me appreciate music more. I opened my heart again to KPOP coz of them but they are my main Stan. I just love them so much. Very talented, kind and intelligent individuals.
I watched this Kwento Juan a hundred times but still , I can't help but shed a tear. I came to this video at the lowest point of my life, And I see Pablo as if I was the one talking it' s so relatable right exact that I wanted to say. God allows me to know these guys @ the right moment to push myself harder to love myself. I'm proud of my boys! Hanggang sa Huli!♥
True, I watched it several times but still shed a tear😭😭😭,especially about Pablo. But that's how God moves, we don't know his plans for each and everyone of us, but for them.I'm so impressed, with all the struggles they've been through. They don't know that God prepared them for an overwhelming blessings, the fruits of their hard work. I'm very proud of them.❤️😍🤩.Proud A'TIN here.
This one made me love Pablo more and appreciate all the boys! By listening to them, you already know that they will surely not give up! SB19 is just starting and we still have many years of fanboying and fangirling.
It's not just SB19 that made us cry, you too Sir Josh. As you and Sir Lucas always say, we are enough, YOU ARE ENOUGH. Thank you and much love from our A'tin hearts.
The Juans composed a song titled "Salamin", which featured Stell. It's a very beautiful song of appreciating our self worth and I LOVE IT A LOT! The MV is really good. It has an English sub. They also sang it live on the wish bus. Thank you so much again for reacting and appreciating our very own, SB19!🥰 It actually made me cry again watching The Juans interview on your channel. It was Pablo's words that really hit home. Mental deppression is a really tough thing to get out of. I'm just glad that I found SB19 music. Pablo is a genius composer and SB19 to me are truly great performers. I never stanned any boy band groups or, for that matter any solo performers, but SB19's music and their stories drew me to them. I think more than the talents, it's the passion and confidence whenever they perform their craft that really draw people to them, plus their humility.
1:26:27 "WHAT" is literally the Bohemian Rhapsody of PPop. It's the kind of piece that will intrigue the common masses but not necessarily love the first time they hear it, but the more they learn about SB19 and learn about the song, they'll grow to appreciate it. (Being a long-time A'TIN though, it got me the very first time I heard it because it has A LOT of subliminal messages to unpack which will only become apparent to you once you learn of their story and personal endeavors.) Pablo became widely recognized as "Pinuno" even outside the fandom because of this song (even though he literally could not help but cringe every time somebody calls him that). And let me tell you, their PPop Con 2022 rendition of WHAT is PHENOMENAL. The Round 2022 performance doesn't even hold a candle to it. WHAT is the type of song that becomes complete with an audience, that's when WHAT fully became an anthem. Watch PPop Con 2022 and you will get it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also, I should stop spamming your comments section with long-ass essays. Should I just become a RUclipsr and rant about this in videos instead? 😂😂
Just in case they don't know yet, 'pinuno' is the Filipino word for leader. And I agree! When you know the boys' stories, listening to What? made me appreciate the song, and the boys, more. I remember crying after watching the MV that time, especially the latter parts of it. So powerful and inspiring. 💙
You mentioned that they started their training at a not so young age unlike other countries; and yet the results are outstanding. Their vocals and harmonies are superb. The dancing is strong, precise and so enjoyable. Their songs and concept are fresh and relevant. In that such short time (tho years) compared to others; they have proven performance wise they are amazingly brilliant! Worthy of world wide recognition.
Kuya is also a sign of respect…so if you call a guy who’s older than you, you call him “Kuya Josh” as opposed to just calling him “Josh”. If you just call him “Josh” it’s considered disrespectful. Thank you sooo much again for really taking time to learn more about SB19!!!
@SAI YONG DAWN we call also other people we don't no much as Ms.,Mr,Mrs but most of us we used to kuya, ate, tatay, nanay, means older brother, sister, father, mother even we don't know them that much even stranger...
For Josh if you have time to know him more watch his vlog revealing his experiences during childhood. He has the most tragic life among them. He has been abused by their nanny and he has the most difficult life among them.
I really appreciate how you don’t only react to SB19’s music but to their interviews as well. When you get to know them, their struggles and their journey, that’s when you’ll become a fan. Thanks for this great RV as always 😊. Great singing by the way. Can’t wait for your SB19 covers.
1:22:52 The reason why SB19 remained down to earth despite their quick meteoric rise is that even though it was a very fast timeline, they've spent far more YEARS suffering for it. Right now, they're at 4 years since their debut but the grind before they got viral took what, 4? 5 years? Throughout which they had to endure the tiresome training, the unwarranted humiliation and all the bullshit people threw at them. Even if they stay for 10 years, they probably won't forget the hellhole they went through. It doesn't only give them pride but also awareness of how volatile fame is, that's also probably the reason why they're no-filter. We all know rise to fame can change people, but they'll also lose themselves along with it as it fades. For SB19, since they know for a fact that fame is volatile, they are not enticed by the illusion of grandeur it brings, instead, they hold on to themselves and make the most out of the ride so that in case something happens they still have something authentic they can hold on to. A lot of people might think SB19 got lucky, but these guys are walking the tightrope every day, doing their best as if it could be their last, as if they've got nothing to lose. Ironically, behaving that way is what earns them more fame by doing things people thought were impossible. To be honest, a lot of Filipino artists are well aware of the volatility of fame (and are therefore careful not to be too arrogant) as they have witnessed similarly disastrous meteoric falls several times in the generations before us, but rarely will you find guys like SB19 who are fearless to challenge the long-obsolete "standards" of our local entertainment industry. It's not really the artists' fault; a lot of them are hindered by what the big producer companies can afford to give them--nobody has proven it was doable, hence these companies also cannot invest blindly into it, especially since our economy isn't exactly the best. When Carl said SB19 "raised the bar" he was not just flattering SB19. A lot of artists--even the legends--commended SB19 for giving forth an example and PROVING to the Filipinos that this kind of entertainment is worth investing. A certain band's member (a freaking LEGEND in OPM) tweeted how fearless SB19 had been creating WHAT--both the music AND the MV, and all of that crafted by SB19's minds and were realized by the like-minded staff and people they wholly trusted. A lot of people say, "the budget was big", probably for ShowBT it was, but remember ShowBT is still quite small--not a lot of employees to feed as the big ones and there are far less bureaucracy and therefore far less "middlemen" to pay for.
Thing is SB19 saw the picture as a whole not just for themselves. Their quest was to not only highlight themselves but OPM in general. For true OPM was already around and groups were already formed before SB19 but SB19 really did set the bar. They have truly earned the title PPOP KINGS. 👏
If you checked how the music video goes over and over again... you would really see their story in it. Now that you know more about them.. One example is the dance break... You would see the background turns day and night day and night day and night. It just shows how they practice endlessly for me. And then it transitioned to it where dancers are with them. Showing that they are now performing in front. Then ... They were walking against the dancers or the bashers or those that doubt them... So you would see on the next scene that the dancers are not insync with them until they all raise their hands in sync. Then they made a huge bomb or wave where it blasted the dancers off their feet. Then they are all now having fun on the same song cuz the message of the chorus is.. they dont need bullets to raise the flag. These barsss will win the doubters hearts someday until they will like them. Well theres actually a lot on the video Q.Q By the way... Mana has a deep meaning too. More on being humble while they are still reaching heights.
There's a lot of things we learned from SB19 stories and its so relatable. From being in a rock bottom and now became biggest boyband in the Philippines and making their ways to Global scene. We are proud of them!💙 Thank you Josh for using your flatform to support our Mahalima. You are a certified ATIN! I am always excited to watch your reaction with their videos. Such an inspiration! Pls look for "The making of WHAT and WYAT". You will surely enjoy them💙 We missed Lucas!💜
This was so far the longest interview of SB19 I remember that I watched. But you found time to listen. It only means that these boys are not only talented but their stories are relatable. That makes them more authentic.
What a beautiful voice, Josh. How humble of you to appreciate SB19's talents. You sound like a musical actor, so at ease singing in a theater prod. It might be a very good collab with Stell and Pablo. Dream come true.
Pablo' s LaLuna was alledgedy written during his "dark days". Like SB19, The Juans is also self- produced. This podcast was sponsored by TM (a cell service company) for which both bands are endorsers. The Juans has appeared in one of SB19's virtual concerts. Both bands were also in the reality series, Mad Rush to your Crush, with some A'tin and Juanistas.
This is the very interview of SB19 that made me cry alot, made me reflect on my own life.. the difficulty I went through, struggles within myself, being afraid to show myself to others.. a lot of things at thesame time inspires me to be better but this is also the interview that made me love SB19 for real. So touched by their perseverance, the courage to stay and continue despite their predicament during those times so yeah made me their fan. More belessings for them and for you as well.
Im really thankful that I come up with a reactor like you! I love your genuine appreciation to SB19😊 May God always bless you, Lukas and your family😊 More love to SB19 ❤❤❤❤
Sb19 and The Juan’s have become real friends. They are both endorsers of TM card in the Phil’s and share the same stage at Xmas time. Carl, the leader of TheJuans , is a musical genius likePablo. Check out their most popular song titled “Hindi tayo Pwede” sang in wish bus.
Sir Josh SB19.are also active in social media, last November during their concert a vlogger from San Francisco went to watch their concert ,after the show, there was a photo-taking of SB19 with their fans..After the picture taking, as Wilson Chang was about to leave the venue he looked at each of the members of SB19, he had this eye to eye contact with them and when he turned his eyes to Ken, immediately Ken recognized him, saying "Hey, I know you"! And he extend his hand to Wilson because he was trying to make a fistbump..So I know they were aware of who the active vloggers /content creators
I watched this during the live broadcast.. now I'm watching it again... I so love our boys. Thank you for doing this, Josh. And thank you for your vulnerability 🤍
Thank u for watching their previous interviews ..to know more abt them pls check out their korean times interview..that was the time were just starting to recognize by the viewers and they were so young...again thank u fir appreciating SB19 💙💙💙💙💙🇵🇭
My motto in life right now is ‘Be the dream that you are dreaming of.’ and Pablo’s words always echoes in my mind, ‘ Imagine the things you can do if you don’t let fear rule you.’
They had a collaboration with a Korean producer Ohwon Lee called LOVE YOURS and Pablo wrote the lyrics for the boys. It is a great song for people with depression
Thank you for this Josh, every time I watch this interview I can't help but cry. The very reason why I also stan the boys is because of their stories, their humility, faith and music.. Thank you for supporting our mahalima..
Check out their Parcinq interview and Rolling Stones interview. The Rolling Stones’ interview has a part where the boys were asked for their dream playlist. It’s pretty interesting to see what the guys are into at different situations. I think the playlist was curated by Rolling Stones 🤔
You should watch one of The Juans performances and see how Kuya Carl (The one in the middle-leader of TheJuans) interact with people... He's really good in his words and how wise he is.
I can't believe I'm watching this interview again (with your insights this time). This is a thorough interview from guys who are as deep. Yes, knowing SB19 makes you want to see them succeed because you know what they've been through in their individual lives and because you see how hard they work to hone their talents to fulfill their dreams.
Thank you so much Sir. I really enjoyed this stream.. This gives me a lot of realization though I already watched this interview. But this gives me a sign that I need to push through on what I should and what I want to do. Please keep on appreciating our Mahalima because they deserved it. God bless you and your channel. 🙏
I always watch your reactions to SB19 and I just found out today that I have'nt subscribed to your channel. My bad. ❤️ Thank you for appreciating our Mahalima, we really appreciate all your good words & reactions to SB19. 💙💙💙💙💙 already subscribed. ☺️
The Juans, who is also a band, are their first friends in the industry. you know how some celebrities reserve stories like these and share them in popular shows that have a big audience....but SB19 decides to open up and share their story in their friends YT channel..thats just another thing i like about them...how genuine they are even in the collabs they do and the company they keep.
The Juan’s is a very popular singing group in the Philippines and their leader started this show as part of their activity as they already had a large following and a platform. Another very popular group in the Philippines is Ben and Ben. SB 19 did a collaboration with them when MAPA came out. Ben and Ben is not only a singing group but a band as well and they create their own music. Kindly react to them too.
I went back to hear the You Are Enough line~ thanks for a great morning, Josh! I enjoyed the KwentoJuan SB19 interview reaction~ Learned lots of good insights from you.
Sorry I was late. I wanted to catch you live, but I was working (I work the night shift). Thanks for reacting to this! It's one of the most in-depth interview they've had since both SB19 and The Juans are great friends even off-cam (they go to vacations and hang out together a lot).
Hi GidKidDad. I''m always watching your RV for Sb19. And i saw your genuine support for the boys. that's why I decided to subscribe and finally one of your subscribers. Thank you for your support and your honest words for the boys. We really apreciate it. God bless.
Awww you made me cry! Keep doing what you do. For a while now, aside from checking SB19 updates everyday I go to your channel to see if you have a new video up! Thank you for opening the way you did. You are appreciated, loved and you are enough, Gidkiddad!!! 💙
Im a new subscriber here. I have listened and watched some of your reactions and I really appreciate your perspective on things and life. I just want to share this verse with you which I hope would challenge us to live in the way we are called to be. "We have two lives. And the second begins when you realize you only have one." (taken from the poem, The Soul has a Hat, written by Mario de Andrade (Sao Paolo 1893-1945) Poet, novelist, essayist and musicologist.) And btw-- thank you for supporting SB19. I am proud of them. Giving the Filipino people the opportunity to express our culture and talents to the world😊 We are known for our rich resources and hospitality. SB19 showed that we have more to share as a people💕
The Juan's are also a boy band and popular before the pandemic strikes..The Juan's are ahead of SB19 in terms of being a band.. They're great singers too, so when their vlog come out, as they were trying to have something to do since they don't have other shows and concerts as of this time
Glad & thanks for the chance you gave to SB19. Your awesome insights, detailed reviews & full of substances RVs did helped spreading SB19 music. Bless you & more success on your channel. 😊 PS. I was one of the many who requested for this reaction but I wasn't able to watch it live since i'm still in dreamland. so here for the replay. 😁
Omyg we feel the same way towards BTS and SB19, I've never stan a group like BTS before and also SB19 is the only one after BTS that makes me feel that again.
Jah's story may not be as heavy as his brother's but his empathy made me admire him more. Pablo's story made me teary eyed. The Myx interview with Pablo really needs to get subs.
Who wants to volunteer? 😅
You're speechless after Pablo's confession. And that's speaks it all. These men are really deserves what they are now. Love our Mahalima ❤️

This is the most emotional interview of SB19. Specially when Pablo's turn, I cried 😭. Thank you GidKidDad for this RV.💙☺️🇵🇭
same.
This one made me love Pablo more and appreciate all the boys! By listening to them, you already know that they will surely not give up! SB19 is just starting and we still have many years of fanboying and fangirling.
Indeed more and more to come
It's not just SB19 that made us cry, you too Sir Josh. As you and Sir Lucas always say, we are enough, YOU ARE ENOUGH. Thank you and much love from our A'tin hearts.
i agree sir pablo is very talented and genius ,humble because that i appreciate pablo thats my great leader my idol🥰👏👏👏🇹🇼🇵🇭🇵🇱
Stell was bullied back then because of his looks and physique that's why now he's particular with his body and skincare ☺️
The Juans composed a song titled "Salamin", which featured Stell. It's a very beautiful song of appreciating our self worth and I LOVE IT A LOT! The MV is really good. It has an English sub. They also sang it live on the wish bus.
Thank you so much again for reacting and appreciating our very own, SB19!🥰
It actually made me cry again watching The Juans interview on your channel. It was Pablo's words that really hit home. Mental deppression is a really tough thing to get out of.

Oh, so like Americans refer to older people by titles like Mr, Ms, Mrs, Miss. Well you get the picture. 😊👍

Na iyak ako k Pablo... I have a very high respect for him. He is a true leader.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sb19 music and story has always been my escape..I happened to know them when I was at my darkest. They shed light into my Life.💙
Im really thankful that I come up with a reactor like you!
They are match made in heaven. They are destined to be together and be in a group.

Just tuned in and saw you singing. You've got such a beautiful voice. You will also be perfect for theater.
This is one of the reasons why I LOVE SB19- they are real and down-to-earth ❤
My motto in life right now is ‘Be the dream that you are dreaming of.’ and Pablo’s words always echoes in my mind, ‘ Imagine the things you can do if you don’t let fear rule you.’
What da? I'm Filipino but I can't seem to stop reading the subtitle!
They had a collaboration with a Korean producer Ohwon Lee called LOVE YOURS and Pablo wrote the lyrics for the boys. It is a great song for people with depression

💖🙏💖 SB19 captured the HEARTS of every kid and older generation who knows them because of their talent, but because of who they are as a person 💕
I appreciate these kinds of reactors who are truly in the zone

Thank you Josh for this very beautiful SB19 reaction ...I truly admire and respect you for this...
Its our privilege to hear how you appreciate the efforts of SB 19. Thank you so much.
Check out their Parcinq interview and Rolling Stones interview. The Rolling Stones’ interview has a part where the boys were asked for their dream playlist. It’s pretty interesting to see what the guys are into at different situations. I think the playlist was curated by Rolling Stones 🤔
Yass! Rolling Stone interview is on their twitch account pt 1 and 2. Part 2 (short vr) is also up on their YT account 🥰
You should watch one of The Juans performances and see how Kuya Carl (The one in the middle-leader of TheJuans) interact with people... He's really good in his words and how wise he is.
thank you sir for your reaction video of sb19 .thank you for your support especially #PABSTELL🥰🇵🇱

I can't believe I'm watching this interview again (with your insights this time). This is a thorough interview from guys who are as deep. Yes, knowing SB19 makes you want to see them succeed because you know what they've been through in their individual lives and because you see how hard they work to hone their talents to fulfill their dreams.

Just wanna say, I REALLY, REALLY APPRECIATE YOU JOSH. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓
WHERE -> where you at ;D
Thanks so much for loving our five!
Uppp
never get tired of watching your RVs
I went back to hear the You Are Enough line~ thanks for a great morning, Josh! I enjoyed the KwentoJuan SB19 interview reaction~ Learned lots of good insights from you.
Thanks for supporting Sb19.❤
'Kumunoy' of Pablo....that one speaks about this hard time in his life...even i cannot listen to this song without putting up an emotion shield....
Sorry I was late. I wanted to catch you live, but I was working (I work the night shift). Thanks for reacting to this! It's one of the most in-depth interview they've had since both SB19 and The Juans are great friends even off-cam (they go to vacations and hang out together a lot).
What Making Film next please. Thank you
Hi, Josh! Waiving back at you 💙 love the song!
Thanks for supporting SB19! 💙💠💙💠
Beside SB19 im also love The Juans, they are good boys band that i really love to listen all their songs.
I'm a silent viewer and listener but i just wanna thank you for the continuing support for SB19! A'tin loves you sir.
Im a new subscriber here. I have listened and watched some of your reactions and I really appreciate your perspective on things and life. I just want to share this verse with you which I hope would challenge us to live in the way we are called to be. "We have two lives. And the second begins when you realize you only have one." (taken from the poem, The Soul has a Hat, written by Mario de Andrade (Sao Paolo 1893-1945) Poet, novelist,
essayist and musicologist.)
And btw-- thank you for supporting SB19.
PS. I was one of the many who requested for this reaction but I wasn't able to watch it live since i'm still in dreamland. so here for the replay. 😁
I like that sir, when I was a kid I also play the flute.youre amazing .love it.
Omyg we feel the same way towards BTS and SB19, I've never stan a group like BTS before and also SB19 is the only one after BTS that makes me feel that again.
