How many of you have seen the drag race I did with this car, against a table 🤪
And so did I also watch it
Nah I didn't watch it missed it
Me
The chintu mintu tone is awesome
Chintu mintu, abey faisal pagal hai kya.
"Using the horn depleted the range by 3 kms" That was hillarious😂💀
4:04
🤣🤣🤣
😂
Le 800 at that time was more pocket friendly even with internal combustion engine 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
I still have it 😂
Wow. I got to know ur NASA knowledge Shreyas . thanks Stupid😄😄
Every car Engine is Internal Combustion...gadha
And we are talking about electric cars
This car was far ahead for its time. It was never made to be a commercial success. I think it deserves some respect.
No. It wasn't ahead of its time. It looks terrible, has NO SPACE FOR ANYTHING, no range, no safety, nothing. And on top of that, it cost a staggering 3-4 lakhs on road (back then). Good riddance.
Yes ❤
@@akarshshekhar5233agreed. We shouldn’t justify anything and everything just because of a nostalgia factor.
@@akarshshekhar5233it was ahead of time in india btw which car was your parents driving @2001
3:34 struggle is real
🤣🤣🤣🤣man of culture here🙌
U dont need to complaint abt the build quality, range, and safety... Its made in 2006 where the entry levels like alto and 800 had nothing in the name of safety , power steering and base model had no AC as well....we should proud that, we have invented an electric car in 2001 before Tesla
We can see more of this in Pondicherry...I was surprised at this machine at first...Glad to know what it is in real❤️
The only thing missing in India entrepreneurs is Vision. The company was started in 1994 but what they managed to built was just a toy car with funny look. If they just kept improving it and designed more like a normal car then Reva could have been a top EV in India and instead of Tata we might had been crediting Reva for EV revolution in India
But as he mentioned practically and economically these things are way costlier than normal alto 800 ..
They have to change their battery ..
And it costs atleast 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs ..
Why would anyone would spend that much on that kind of car ..
Even if they make big cars like sedan or suv .. the range they offer will more less ..
What tata did with Nexon ev is good .. (even it's charger is worth 1.5 lakh ) but still not impressive sales numbers..
Tata is also offering cng cars like tigor and Tiago ...
Which may be economical as well ..
Let's see what can if hydrogen cars can be practical.. as gadkari is promoting them we can see hydrogen cars on road in 5 years ..
Untill then enjoy regular diesel / petrol car hassle free .. and if you want to go for fuel economy go for cng or lpg ..
Ev are not made for middle class ..
And if rich people wants to spend there 30-50 lakhs they will go for fortuner , Innova , jaguar , bmw , Mercedes they wont care about price of petrol ..
And i don't think india will open Market for Tesla if they want to manufacture in China ..
Okay correction :- sales numbers of tata ev are good .. but not impressive.. and we can see more companies going for ev .. and still i don't think middle class(India's main consumers) are going for ev yet ..
I want a car of this size so bad. Preferably electric with a 200km range. 😍
200km range for this light car, not possible!
bhai gadhe ma fas jayge
@@Arts11234 it’s possible with today’s technology
@@ashhadd look the weight for 1KWh battery pack is approx 9 kg so with 30 BHP power and 650kg net weight the battery required would be 10-15 KWh for 200km range that is 90-130 Kg battery weight so now this car should weight less than 550 kg without battery, which is not possible unless totally made of carbon fiber or full plastic body.
@@Arts11234 the current battery used in the car weighs 270 kg, if we replaced that with lifep04 we can easily get 300km+
Honestly, it doesnt sound as bad as you make it sound... And its 20 years old, electric and still running. Not bad tbh!
Jali na Teri jali na 🤣🤣🤣
Yes. Just check out a 20 year old petrol or diesel car. This was really revolutionary at that time.... And he is reviewing this now.
Hey Faisal, the first electric car was not Reva! It was Lovebird. It was manufactured by Eddy Electric series in 1993. sadly they stopped manufacturing because the car didn't sell in good numbers and the govt. Stopped giving subsidies.
In India?
@@FasBeam yes bro! it was made in collaboration with Japanese company Yaskawa Electric Mfg. Co. The car was produced in Kerela and Tamil Nadu
They still have the car in their factory located in eddypuram ,chalakudy kerala
Hey Sourav. Dont mind his words. he is a idiot and more of a fun/time pass review. dont be serious dude. Dont be Stupid.
@@FasBeam Yes. Manufactured in a place called Eddypuram, in the outskirts of Kochi, Kerala India. The electric car, called Lovebird had a 4 speed manual transmission as well. That's probably the only EV with a MT and a clutch. Also, believe me... India's first hyperloop was also tested there! The founder of the company was a real genius. Unfortunately, he's no more. The ruins of the factory is still there, though...
That chintu mintu car and mirrors as well got me everytime😂😂😅
Mahindra's 1st electric car reva it's so small so small that it's not that practical. But later mahindra rectified it and launched e2O and faisal bhai please review the mahindra e2O also.
It was NOT Mahindra lol. It was BOUGHT by Mahindra after 2010. Mahindra bought and licensed everything that it sells Today. Developed nothing, Indian brands all do this.
@@shahan484 I don't think that abt Mahindra exclusive models, that's only true for the Ssangyong, Thar (Roxor in America)
Ever heard of mhawk engine😂😂 your comments shows your level of brain and understanding@@shahan484
Reva is original. Mahindra bought it and killed it
No one could have thought 15 years back that we're going to have Electric Car like Nexon that too by an Indian manufacturer nd there are more exciting EVs coming from Tata nd Mahindra. We've come so far in the last 15 Years!!
I still remember my neighbour had this car & other than him no one had this car 😂. 1 time i sat inside this car bring my childhood days . We had ambassador mark 4.
Idk if it's only me or really the stalks, the cabin lamp, the hazard light switch and the outside door handles are really the same as in the last gen maruti 800(the one with clear lamps all around)
Yeah orvms as well, I guess the vendor was the same for both
@@JaskaranSingh01 yeah maybe:)
India's first electric car was ' Lovebird ' made in kerala.
Eddy electric. Man he literally tried everything from eddy current loads to India's first Switched reluctance motors, electric lifters, trucks but his bad it was located in Kerala which was not so friendly for industry back then. Have had chance to visit the company several times in the late 2000s by that time he was too old. May be he peaked too early
someone modified this car in my town i see it often on roads, 😌🔥 it looks so cool
I was asking my grandpa to buy this car thinking it is a toy😂😂
@@Marvlefan69 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
7:13 that laugh 😂😂. Love the energy you put in your vlogs
Content keeps getting better and better day by day 🍺🔥
You can see a lot of them in Bangalore. I did visit their factory in Bangalore, I was looking to buy e2O plus
Nano look and technology was ahead of its time.
Try to review a old car as it was back in 2000s not like 2022 standards!! It was revolution from Mahindra back in time❤️
Backseats r just for luggage and small kids I think so Mahindra should have provided with a remote control to play with it when we r bored 🤣
We had an owner of one of these here in Dehradun so this car was a familiar sight so many years ago. To tiny for practical use. But if Mahindra had had the vision they would have R & D’d this better and got ahead of TATA in this space. I feel.
I m from dehradun. Nd i often see this car few years back. In my collage days.. Near maalsi
Finally, The Chintu Mintu car's vlog kicked in yoo! 🤩🤩🤩🔥🔥🔥
Kannada fans might remember it for "Nidhi's car" from love mocktail movie
Ah guru, nanu adhe ankonde 😂😂

Dude, I was seriously searching for this car from last week in Bangalore. Really wanted to gift this car to my college-going sister and daily-driven girlfriend who commutes to office. You seriously have 6th sense buddy. I was really looking to have an overlook on this. Haha. God damn buddy. Cheers /m/
If you got this, kindly tell me bro. Am also searching the same.
Bro Olx me 2-2 Cars on Sale hai
I am the seller of reva cars you can contact me
I remember carrying a mobile phone power bank to charge my REVA, back in those days, whenever the car stopped due to LOBAT
It would be so much fun if all people start driving in city with this .. instead of scooters
"I'm driving at 20kmh and it feels like 150 kmh in this car" LMAO
Golf cart with a roof. But definitely practical for the ones living in those narrow and crowded lanes in cities.
Any car looks good when you're driving iam so exited to drive this car looks small and pretty with the sort of traffic nowadays this car is suitable
You always give the genuine reviews 😛😅😂😂
We had this Reva in 2006 🥺 Old Childhood Memories. but different Colour.
Still can't beat s-presso which has a v12 5.0L engine turbocharged which has 420hp!! 💥 🤯

How can I buy this?
I respect this kind of Idea 🔥
Learned driving on this.. Nostalgic 😍
Wonderful funny ride with good explanation, keep it up 👍
Literally we have to know where Indian manufacturers are in 90's not like now always Indian engineering are marvelous ❤❤❤
It was actually designed by students of Rewa engineering college. It was their final year engineering project.
This is the size I want an electric car to be
I seen this car in lucknow this car was looking cute
Faisal bro whenever i feel to check about the OG cars ,literally u r videos pop up and that makes me satisfied that u are the one who's gonna review the nuts of tht car....
Fun fact - the ph his using to record is equivalent to the price of this car :)

Cn u Pls review Mahindra e20.
Whenever Faizal reviews a small car adds+ Chintu Mintu😂😂
Same was sold as G-Wiz in foreign markets
I personally feel bench seats would have been better on this car , atleast one could have sat on the rear seats.
*Hi Faisal..Please rply👇😊*
*I know you are a driving enthusias person but, my question is : "How do you feel when another one drives the car and you sit in the back of the car.?"🤞😁*
Sometimes it’s nice to experience the rear seat too 🤪

From AUDI intro to reviewing REVA........Faisal came a long way🤣🤣🤣
Can you do vlog on dc avanti . ?
Good work Faisal!!!!
Good work Faisal!!!!!
And here it comes 🚗🚗🚗
They could have made this a more spacious 2 seater with a little boot space - I guess most buyers would have done that only. Would give more range also by removing the weight off the seats.
Pehle ye 2 seater hi aayi thi
Reva isn't the first electric car in india. There is a company called Eddy Current Controls from Kerala which used to manufacture electric cars in early 90's. Due to the cost and subsidy issues from the Gov, they could only sell a few units. They still manufacture electric vehicles for industrial purposes.
The Chintu Mintuest Vlog by Faisal Khan is here with a bang 🤩🤩
Make longer video on budget friendly cars like citeron C3 naturally asperated test more thoroughly how they perform on steep incline speed breakers bad roads

Only some people know that - first electric car was developed by Thomas Davenport in 1835.
Before petrol, only electric cars were in use.
If you buy the batteries, you should get the Reva free
Reva is India's smallest car 🎊🎊

The very 1st word that came my mind after I saw the little car and Faisal in the thumbnail is,
"CHINTU-MINTU"
It was so famous in banglore
Me after watching the video :
It's MAHINDRA CHINTU-MINTU 😂
i want to drive this now
Thought of buying Reva car, second hand itself was 2 lakh in 2014, so finally choosen Nano twist XT power steering at 2.85 lakh brand new one. Till date not a single problem I got. Just spent around 50000 for servicing in these 9 yrs. And car is spacious. If nano was Electric it would have better but we cannot change people perception as a cheapest car. Cheapest word damaged the nano image, but truly nano is well built car for small family.
Bhai ye gadi maine 2006 me dekhi thi 🥰🥰🥰🥰 bachpan yaad agya
Bro where is i20 nline dct vlog?
Chintu mintu awesome one review ❤️
Looks like a fun ride.
Cool stuff
Please make video of Mahindra Scorpio classic on driving experience. Thnx.
The Problem with Faisal Khan reviews is that he starts reviewing the car that he is driving rather than the product, so if a user has not maintained his/her car and faisal khan reviews it he will make the entire product itself bad.
I think, as an initial, it's not as bad as people are making fun of it, would it have been launched now with some kind of interior and slight exterior upgrades, It would definitely compete better with MG Comet!
Waiting for grand vitara 💕 ❤️
I want to buy this for my parents they live in rural area. it will be very convenient for them.
bro your English is next level
It was discontinued with price of 7 lakh ex showroom ,3years ago Size of Nano with Price of Altroz
Woah it was not value for money, 🤣

Wow kiya little car. Hai 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Hilarious and brings back memories of another FRP car from Bengaluru, Sipani D1 (Diesel) my dad owned one (what a bad decision) we sold it in two years at a heavy loss: Lesson learnt: In India never try to stand out from the crowd. 😁
