Can a macular hole result from having history of chronic hypertension as well as a hypertensive crisis? Even with medication, sitting Diastolic readings are 100ish; sitting systolic readings are 150ish. Up and walking, no doubt higher. The subject is a 46 year old male with a 20+ history of hypertension and A-fib. There is no drug use, trauma, or other factors precipitating the crisis, but is drastic incident related.

In CHR, why it is narrowing instead of expanding of the arteriole? ( refer to around 21' in the video)
