Now i did forget to mention a few things in this guide, which i will point out now:
For your sally's make sure you are running these attachments:
Suppressor,
Extended Mag II,
Akimbo,
Steady aim laser,
Rapid fire
Also make sure to farm with sally's upto about 35 for salvage
Another tip is to use the vault to get free mutation injection and chopper gunners and also free self revives

Right just to say one thing I would change it's not world's first anymore so you don't need to use the bowling ally strat as its more risky for average players
Also I would say for average players since the bug rounds are easy I would say complete the bug round then after save and quit because after the bug round which is dead easy to do you have a chance to get it again straight away and the easier the round the better

if i want to get the same result as you do i have to start the game with the lamp activated so that the zombies are stronger? and how to make such a stock of scrap and upgrade all weapons? and how not to get killed by brokers in the early rounds?

You don't need the lamp, but for the scrap use the gs45 with the attachments I put in the pinned comment
