    Today let’s see how to make healthy, delicious paneer frankie. As the name suggests, it is rich in proteins yet tastes just awesome. My kids didn’t want to have chapati-sabji for lunch. So, I have suggested them this menu and they are more than happy. If you have chapati ready with you, then you can make this frankie in a jiffy. It is a very easy and simple recipe. It can be a good alternative to your regular chapati-sabji. You can call it wrap too!! Paneer is spiced up with some spices along with some sautéed veggies and everything is wrapped in a chapati. Then the roll is roasted in butter until it turns nice and crispy to make frankie!! Though it is a popular street food, it can be a good lunch or dinner option!! It is filling and real quick recipe.     Ingredients:
    • 200 gm Paneer
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • Red chili powder
    • Turmeric powder
    • Coriander powder
    • Kitchen king masala
    • Salt to taste
    • Chat masala
    • Sliced green Capsicum
    • Sliced red Capsicum
    • Sliced yellow Capsicum
    • Sliced Mushroom
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • Sliced Onion
    • 1 tsp Garlic paste
    • Finely chopped Spinach
    • Chili flakes
    • Mixed Herbs
    • 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Chapati
    • Mayonnaise
    • Tomato sauce
    • Butter
    Method:
    • Cut the paneer into cubes.
    • Heat up a pan and add olive oil.
    • You can use any other oil in place of olive oil.
    • Place the paneer cubes on the pan and roast them on high heat until they get brownish color from
    both sides.
    • Turn off the gas and sprinkle red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king
    masala, salt and chat masala and mix everything well together.
    • Heat up olive oil in a pan and add onion.
    • Fry onion for about a minute and add green, red and yellow capsicum and mushroom.
    • Add garlic paste and fry everything well together for about 4-5 minutes.
    • Add spinach, chili flakes, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and salt and fry it well together.
    • Take a chapati and add the sautéed veggies along a side of it.
    • Place paneer cubes on it and spread mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
    • Make a tight roll of the chapati and seal it well with the help of mayonnaise.
    • You can use spicy green chutney or sweet tamarind chutney in place of mayonnaise and tomato
    sauce.
    • Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.
    • You can use oil or ghee in place of butter.
    • When butter begins to melt, place the roll on the pan and roast it well.
    • When lower side is roasted well, spread butter on upper side and flip the frankie over.
    • Roast the frankie well from all sides and take it off on a wire rack. Paneer frankie is ready.
