I got conditional offer letter for Bachelor of Business Administration with condition pending successful completion of one of the University of Regina’s English Language Proficiency Requirements and submission of your final post secondary grades. But my my bachelors degree from India will get completed in july 2023 and will receive my final grades around october 2023. My conditional offer letter is valid till Sept 2023. I already sent marksheets of three semesters. Is it mandatory for me to complete next semesters of bachelors from India when I am again going to pursue bachelors in UoR or can I apply for study visa with conditional offer. Please advise me accordingly.
I applied at the University of Regina on the 7th of June and it is 12 of JulyI haven't gotten any review on my admission yet and I don't know why. I even paid the $100 dollar application fee. Yet i haven't gotten a mail if I got in or not. Please I want you to help me out.

You’re suppose to help you student get visa after admission .. my visa got rejected April 1st
