- IN OUR 50'S AND WE BUILD A HOME GYM WITH WATSON GYM EQUIPMENT! We turned one of our spare bedrooms into a home gym! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and with gyms closed we eventually decided to build a home gym. Building a home gym has been one of our best decisions, our only regret that we didn't decide to do it at the start of lockdown... Even with gyms now open we haven’t yet felt we need to go to any other gym than our own. Installation was in July.

Where I'm at there's cacti and scrub and snakes and grasshopper mice who howl like werewolves at night when they make a kill........ okay, I'll keep the scrub!

I'm 54 too and beginning to see things in my body I don't want to see, love handles, bra overhang, poor posture and a belly, urgh. I'm so looking forward to your soothing energy and encouragement to regain my strength and fitness again. I'm glad I found you.

@@LiveYourselfYoung I miss the rain and it seems nice to see cloudy days when it's triple digits out right now. But an excess of anything gets old!
HRT is probably a very good option for a lot of women and I know women who have had great success with it... friends of mine, etc and it can bring back your sex drive and love of life and more. However, if women (like myself) are cancer survivors, it's a death sentence as we cannot put estrogen in our bodies, even as low as Stage 1 where we didn't have to have chemo. Estrogen feeds cancer. Not many people know that but its super important. Not even the application of HRT cream, sadly.

Awesome home gym set up, really can’t go wrong with Watson, such a great company, quality British manufacturing with a great culture, Iv converted our garage into a gym studio, where I coach 1-2-1 clients, waiting in anticipation for my delivery from Watson later this week. The chin up bar is a great addition.
Aren't they the best! We still haven't felt the need to go to another gym to train. That may change when I compete again but investing in our home gym has been so worth it for us. Your clients are very lucky to have such great equipment to use 💪🏻 💃🏻 😀
I have a similar setup incoming, I opted for the foldable bench and different dumbell weights. You definitely have done the home gym with the right kit, Watson make really solid equipment! The power stands may be something to consider for your home gym too. Happy lockdown training!

@@LiveYourselfYoung really? 😃 it would be amazing if you could 3 videos of strengthening exercises with dumbbells, 20 minutes workout for lower body, 20 minutes for abs and 20 for upper body 🙃🙃 that way I can either do all 3 at once or if time does not permit I can at least fit one in a day 🥰
Hey great ideas, thank you! I have added them to my list. I don't normally use dumbbells for abs... do try some of my bodyweight core workouts and let me know how you get on!
