Yeah, I'm jeally💕💕💕 The main thing I miss in quarantine is the gym. 💕💕💕 I transitioned from IF to OMAD to combat quarantine fluff and to keep snacking at bay. 💖💖👧🏾 It's actually working (Praise God).

Ever since you asked if we wanted to see an updated home gym tour, I’ve been anticipating this by watching others! Yours is by far my favorite! So cool!!!
Assembly by myself was not too hard. I took my time and followed the diagrams. I particularly like the pictures and names of the exercises organized by muscle groups on the front of the ruclips.net/user/postUgkxKJHyBZ9I1py9vVi-XLpEBg0y-qmdhn3q . Considering the number of exercises it has a relatively small footprint. I needed a machine that was not too tall because I only have 79" headroom in my cabin and this was just over 78". It is easy to use, seems to be well made, and I am pleased with my purchase. I am doing upper body muscles on Monday and Thursday. Lower body exercises are being done on Tuesday and Friday. Not using it on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am a reasonably fit 66 year old man and this is a great workout.
This is honestly such good motivation for online uni 😂 I would love a home gym like this in the future!

I just joined the gym with you yesterday and I did my first workout this morning with my coffee. I had picked yoga because I thought it would be a good place to start......OH MY GOSH was I sweating, so I am just imagining how hard the cardio is.....just as crazy

I love your gym! I have a garage gym and love it except everything gets dusty. Wyoming winters are also not very encouraging to work out in a cold garage but after warming up it's not bad.

Girl, I had a 800 sq ft condo when I first started working out at home .. and I got the power blocks + a bosu ball and did my workout with that!! And Beachbody on Demand too of course, lol! (back then it was actually DVDs)

Beautiful gym and beautiful video. I have 3 kettlebells and 2 yoga mats and a little bit of open floor space. And thats my home gym. Id say that if your tight on space i agree with joe Rogan: all you need is 1 good kettlebell and 1 good yoga mat. That is the basic and you can do sooo much with it. So for anyobe out there who cant afford much or dobt hace much space: dobt worry you dobt need it! I recommend "boho beautiful" videos both for workouts and yoga here on youtube.
