mm after a first listen when the album came out, I didn't like Paper Planes and has since avoided it, so it's my 1st time watching this song live too. For me, it's not so much the song itself as the way OOR performed this - having lots of fun on stage, switching instruments, Taka taking over the drums so that Tomoya can have some fun-time. And it's the 1st time I see OOR having a different sort of fun on stage, and I guess it's not every concert that this happens; in fact I think this is the only concert that this has happened (the guns etc). Bigger stage in Japan gives them the flexibility to do more things in their performance, whereas in small concert venues you don't get to see such variety. But I seem to remember Paper Planes on the album sounded awful (to me then).... so did it sound better live? mm... And the conclusion is, I can watch anything that this band performs ^^
And yes it's an actual song lol they mixed it up a bit for this performance tho. It's a legit pop song haha (as Taka said in the beginning) so they just played with it
