I actually always miss it when ZSN Pro switches to ZS10 Pro. They almost sounded very similar, but I think when it comes to deep bass and highs where ZS10 Pro reigns against the cheeper ZSN Pro.
you are right the bass and high better on ZS10 Pro but consider the price is 5 times the ZSN pro...I think it's not worth that much. many people in audio forum says zs10 is like the older brother of zsn series.
Billy Chrisnada yaaas!! But of course if i were to get something, let's say i have a budget, i would get the best one out of them even with the slightest difference. :))
A and B are kinda similar. B I could hear the guitar better then A, but as a whole it sounds a bit bloated or more colored compared to A. They're probably tuned similarly but they use different drivers. C are ok, they seem as if they have a bit sharp highs. D had some good points when there were just guitar, vocals and the drum but later in the song I didn't like it because it sounded like only vocals were there and rest of the music was in the background a bit muted. E was just ewww. A for me all the way so ZSN Pro. P.S.: Oh wow, just checked price, they are cheap. In the best way possible cheap.
I've got KZ ZSN Pro (and watched video using them). Interesting thing, I choose variant A in blind test. I didn't change my preferences till the end of the video. As for me ZSN Pro has well balanced sound. Maybe ZS10 sounds a little bit better (in this video) because of clearer upper part of voice (and it's good). Anyway I'm glad I made a right choice buying KZ ZSN Pro. This video was REALLY HELPFUL (and super useful), because I was thinking to try ZS10 Pro. Now I won't :) Big thank you!
Try the CCA CA4. It's very similar to the ZSN PRO but many female vocal tracks sound better. Also on many tracks the CA4 has better treble. The midrange and bass tuning is well done. Not as bass heavy as ZSN PRO but I never miss the bass even in bass heavy tracks. It doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's dirt cheap on Amazon an on AliExpress @ $17.
This is an excellent way to test. As stated it is not scientific but that doesn't matter because sound is subjective to each of us. The last pair of headphones I bought (EKSA E5 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones) were based on hearing them through a microphone on a RUclips channel. I loved the sound of them but sent them back because they creaked whenever I moved my head.
OK. I ordered and finally got my ZS10 Pro. As a result of long comparative tests, I sold ZSN Pro. The fact that the ZS10 Pro has wider stage, instruments separation, and in general the midrange richer. Highs are not so much, or rather, they used to end, and it is only what you need at first to get used to. Since I don't like to have a large fleet of headphones, I sold all the ZSN Pro and kept the ZS10 Pro. Both models of headphones are great! Whatever you choose, I believe you will not remain indifferent!
P.S. The first pair of ZS10 Pro on the third day refused the right earpiece (the seller sent a new right earpiece under warranty). I bought another pair, because in any case I needed exactly two pairs. I hope there will be no more problems with the defect.
@@nimamotefakker7563 It is difficult to say for sure. Rather yes than no. In the ZS10 Pro, vocals sound smoother, but not quieter. Just a little cleaner and more pleasant. Both models are great in their own way. But the vocals in this composition yadi.sk/d/_c_XlS6bZ0PUFg I like more in ZSN Pro, for example :)

I currently have the regular ZSN, and i'm thorn between upgrading to the ZSN Pro or the ZS10 Pro. Honestly, both the ZSN Pro and ZS10 Pro is pretty similar in this test. So I'm wondering if I will be actually wasting more money on the ZS10 Pro? since the ZSN Pro is priced relatively so close (literally so close) to the regular ZSN? What will be the biggest advantage of the ZS10 Pro to justify the pretty large price gap?
Well, for me, it goes warmer and warmer from the ZSN Pro (which is the flattest), to ZS10 Pro, C10, Revonext and finally the TRN IM1 (which I found kinda muddy). I'd go for a ZSN Pro, but the mids on ZS10 may be nice for singers!
Can you elaborate on your testing method and how you got these results. how did you capture the sound?! cause there's no way to do so and get these samples.
Great video, initially thought A was good, then thought D was similar but better and fuller. Turns out A and D were ones I'd been comparing and D being the C10 were what I already liked better.
Glad i bought the ZS10 Pro because i like B sound the most. But i also got the KZ ED16 and the TRN v20 so i'll see which one i like from those 3. Thanks for the video.

ZSN Pro is fantastic! I just ordered in blind the ZS10 pro. If I had listened this test before purchase, ZSN Pro have been the choice. What I like anyway is that there's almost no difference on this kind of music between those two.
Zsn pro has a rise in a range of 5khz-10 Khz after which there is a decline. therefore, there is a sense of transparency of sound. Zs10 pro has a flat frequency response up to almost 20khz. therefore in some compositions they will win and transmit sound without decorations
I liked the KZ's better, the ZS10 is a bit wider I think, not that big of a difference, both tight and crisp to my ear, went for the ZSN Pros because my local currency accentuates the difference in prices by quite a lot on my budget... 😅 I got a DAC USB-C dongle to be able to use it with my phone, do you have any experience with this kind of DAC? Between the zs4 and zsn pro which one sounds more similar to the ed9?. I have the ed9 but I need to get another pair of earphones and I don't have a way to test them before ordering. The zs4 and zsn pro have the same price. Then slightly more expensive is the c10 which I'm reading might have less punchy bass (I'm not bass head but a well detailed punchy bass is appreciated)
C10 has a really nice tuning. Bass is deep with good midbass punch but not overdone. The sub bass is not as visceral as ZSN PRO but it still hits with authority on Electronic and rap tracks. Mids are detailed and warm while the treble has good weight and is fairly detailed without ever getting splashy. C10 is a MUST HAVE. AliExpress has it for $25 right now. What are you waiting for?

Thank you so much for doing that. Excellent idea and also excellent choice of iems to compare,as they are some of the most interesting available on the budget market today. I know, the sound we hear is not the real they're going to play on real life and depends from our devices, but the overall sound signature is there and that's more important when we want to choose the right earphone for us. I listened to this test in ZSN PRO, I bought them recently and considered them bad in sound, compared to my previous Ve Monk+ headphones and was thinking about buying a CCA C10! But after watching (and listening to) your video, I realized.that in fact they are not bad compared to others.since I only liked options A and B!!! I'm waiting for new tests on different headphones from you. Thank you very much!!!

A & B stood out for me and glad those were the two KZ's I am thinking of buying. I wish you had a deeper comparison only between ZSN pro and ZS10 pro to help me decide.
bought the zsn pro. nothing special really. i tested on 3 phones and two laptops but sound quality is about the same as an original apple free earphone.
It was a Unanimous B for me. I was eyeing the KZ ZS10 pro and I was surprised B was the ZS10 pros. This helped me decide what to buy after my ZSN's wires broke. My ZSNs lasted for almost 2 years (The wires gave up and the IEMS are still fine) Thank you!
Bro i subscribed your chanel, i need your opinion i ordered zsn pro x, as i m a huge fan of music having tight budget is it good for me to have it, or i should buy zsn10 pro?please bro give suggestions 🙏🙏🙏
I bought the ZSN Pro an I like it. Sometimes I hear kind of distortion. Maybe because of the recording? The sensitivity is excellent, I own no louder buds or earphones
Kz zsn pro is half the price of cca c10 and cca is $8 less than kz zs10 pro and considering how kz zsn pro has only 1BA and 1DD while the other two having 5BA and 1 DD, the zsn pro imo is well over its game. They sound very similar with the cca having just a tad bit less mids.
I recently bought the CCA C10 and was unimpressed. I've only used them with my Oppo Reno, dongle dac, and Tidal premium. I'll have to try them with an amp.
@Psyhaxe I've got a couple older FiiO amp/DACs I really like them but didn't try them. I "almost" always reach for my Shouer Tapes with any of my amp DACs.
How this kind of sound test make sense?? 🤔 I mean this should have been recorded through a mic right? If so there should be a decent amount of loss in quality compared actual output of earphones and also we all should be listening through a different earphones from different brands so we all will be listening differently coz each earphones should be tuned differently ... am i wrong 🤷♂️
That's why it's noted in the video to use your flattest gear; youtube crompresses audio; and that this doesn't equate to scientific test; and also this us just for fun. This just also gives an idea.
@@Nadheem721 idea of how it compares to each other. And if it doesn't help you in anyway, it's not anyone's problem anymore because no one is obligated to solve or clarify these things for you as random people. Just suit yourself with whatever you prefer
@@San-zr6dvWhat idea it gives if its entirely made up (fake). Don't worry about youtube compression. The elephant in the room is what is the method he used? Theres no way to mic these headphones and retain this quality. Even if a miracle happened and he was able to capture them from a mic that mic itself would compromise their frequency response. This is completely made up to fool the the uneducated average people.
My thoughts: I think after like an hour withe ZSN my ears would be irritated. Just had that feeling. The ZS10 I thought was pretty good overall. Better then the ZSN The C10 I kinda loved. I love the fact that the bass was deeper then the rest of them and felt separated from the other sounds. And then the other ones I could care less for. Bug I feel like I would choose the c10, I feel lile I could listen to music in that for the whole day, bug not the KZn or Zs10. Plus I find that the bass is better, it's just deeper and not mixed with the other sounds.
Bottomline having assigned speakers for frequencies breaks up bleeding which happens when a speaker is trying to reproduce frequencies it can't handle. " A" was the best on vocal but all the headphones struggled with bass that came thru muddy it maybe your microphone and you may have turned the volume higher than the mic can handle . You could lower the volume to record then crank it up for your demo to cut down on distortions . But great idea !
Wow ZSN Pro sounds remarkably similar to the ZS10 Pro, might as well save the money. The QT5s to me are the only ones which sound lacking in highs - mids sound off, the rest are okay. ZS10 Pros seem more controlled in bass too.
Using the QKZ CK5, full volume on my Huawei Nova 3i while listening to it, and I choose between A and B. Edit: I'm new to the IEM world and been planning to buy the ZSN Pro (which is letter A).. and now I'm bought! Thanks, zpolt on this amazing video. 👍👍👍

Keep the nice work 👌 Listening to my Tin HiFi T2 the ZSN PRO sounds better to me
I picked A while listening on my CCA C10
Do they produce hissing sound in highs?
@@jimturning8392 don't remember man I gave my cca C10 away and using blon bl-03 now.
@@Thanish12345 how is ur experience with the blons??m plannin on buyin the cca c10..should i proceed with my decission?
@@filmiverse27 blon bl-03 sounds better, the timbre of a single dynamic is just easier on your ears I always can't listen to music for long with these BA drivers that are placed on the stems of the iem without tubes there's just too much sibilance.
Hey man. i have bought the KZ ZS 10 Pro and want to use them on my PC but i always get a static background noise or white noise that i hear. Do u have any idea what i need to buy or to do to get a clean sound ._. hope u can help me
This was surprisingly effective. Thank you~
Cca10 sounds so good. I'm a fan of the CCAs.
Hey there. I'm a beginner in this IEMs.. I'm confused between Zs10 pro and Cca10pro.. Could you please help me what to choose... I like all sort of tune in a song.. Although I like bass.. I don't want bass to mask the other tunes... Please help me in choosing this
Hey, please help me pick between KZ ZSN pro and CCA C10...
Iam a casual user who listens to film music, hiphop and pop...
For me between these ill choose c10. However in your genres you might want something with more bass. Like the blon 03, or blon mini, or kbear ks2
this video has been so helpful... thank you so much
Using zsn while watching this video, kz zsn pro n cca10 is my favorite in this test.
Thank you so much for your test, it allows you to make a choice of goods in advance before buying. You're the only one doing a very useful thing for music lovers. I'm waiting for new tests on different headphones from you. Thank you very much!!!
B, then A for me, which is interesting (and reassuring !) because I recently received my ZSN Pro set, and some ZS10 Pros are on their way. Today is a good day... Lol !
Waiting for your thoughts on them when the ZS comes 😁👍
Now that you got both, which one is better ?
@@alexisgareth The ZS10 Pros are marginally better. Better instrument separation and good defined mids.
@@isometrus A slight improvement. Worth the extra coin, but not a great leap better.
@@toddsie72 Thank you. Don't know if you own a true wireless earphone,if you happen to could you tell which brand/model has a good comparable sound to zs10 pro .
I'm also looking for a true wireless option during exercises as well.
Just pair my Zsn pro with Samsung note 8, and it sounds like magic
B is the one that i liked the most.. But btw can you also do this on the tin audio t3? Because i cant really pick between the tin audio t3 and kz zs10 pro. Please
A and B clearly have a much more balance in the mids which I prefer. but A for overall
A & B stood out for me and glad those were the two KZ's I am thinking of buying. I wish you had a deeper comparison only between ZSN pro and ZS10 pro to help me decide.
bought the zsn pro. nothing special really. i tested on 3 phones and two laptops but sound quality is about the same as an original apple free earphone.
same as apple free earphone, boy your hearing must be bad.
Best budgetfi-midfi review channel right here! Another great video.
WHAT I liked A and B lol I thought they were giving the same performance and they're both KZ lol I'd go with A much cheaper, wow
zsn pro is on bass-ish side while the zs10 pro is offering more clear vocals while offering you the same bass quality from the zsn pro
I like A and B but interestingly i can hear the cymbals more on the Revonext QT5 at 3:50 but overall i like KZ ZSN Pro or KZ ZS10 Pro more.
Bro i subscribed your chanel, i need your opinion i ordered zsn pro x, as i m a huge fan of music having tight budget is it good for me to have it, or i should buy zsn10 pro?please bro give suggestions 🙏🙏🙏
Hey brother what is the difference between kz zns pro and znx pro x?
What item holds the best bass on them? Please help... I wabt to buy it ASAP.
i think zsn pro and zs10 pro provided a very good music quality.
True, but not on this test.
The ZS10 pro is the one that I chose that sounds amazing but the TRN IM1 would my daily driver
I bought the ZSN Pro an I like it. Sometimes I hear kind of distortion. Maybe because of the recording? The sensitivity is excellent, I own no louder buds or earphones
Listening from UiiSii BA-T8, I'm upset, ordered CCA C10 but not that good as ZSN PRO :(
I hope the ZSN PRO sound that good out of the box no eq needed. Got them for 5$ = ))))
wow i like the sound test!!! thank you so much!!!!
My fav type of video for sound comparison
Kz zsn pro is half the price of cca c10 and cca is $8 less than kz zs10 pro and considering how kz zsn pro has only 1BA and 1DD while the other two having 5BA and 1 DD, the zsn pro imo is well over its game. They sound very similar with the cca having just a tad bit less mids.
A and B were quite similar and familiar to me. Turned out they were the pro version of zsn and zs10. I found it familiar because I have zsn pros.
I recently bought the CCA C10 and was unimpressed. I've only used them with my Oppo Reno, dongle dac, and Tidal premium. I'll have to try them with an amp.
@Psyhaxe actually I have and they sounded good. But considering its was an Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt, it should.
@Psyhaxe I've got a couple older FiiO amp/DACs I really like them but didn't try them. I "almost" always reach for my Shouer Tapes with any of my amp DACs.
How this kind of sound test make sense?? 🤔
I mean this should have been recorded through a mic right? If so there should be a decent amount of loss in quality compared actual output of earphones and also we all should be listening through a different earphones from different brands so we all will be listening differently coz each earphones should be tuned differently ... am i wrong 🤷♂️
That's why it's noted in the video to use your flattest gear; youtube crompresses audio; and that this doesn't equate to scientific test; and also this us just for fun. This just also gives an idea.
@@San-zr6dv gives an idea for what?...tbh this vedio doesn't help me in any way
@@Nadheem721 idea of how it compares to each other.
My thoughts:
I think after like an hour withe ZSN my ears would be irritated. Just had that feeling.
The ZS10 I thought was pretty good overall. Better then the ZSN
The C10 I kinda loved.
B > D > A > C > E
Bottomline having assigned speakers for frequencies breaks up bleeding which happens when a speaker is trying to reproduce frequencies it can't handle. " A" was the best on vocal but all the headphones struggled with bass that came thru muddy it maybe your microphone and you may have turned the volume higher than the mic can handle . You could lower the volume to record then crank it up for your demo to cut down on distortions . But great idea !
KZ ZSN Pro vs Tin 3? In terms of sound and comfort.
cz I'll order separate cable with KZ if bought!
Number 3 seems best.
Already using kz zsn pro
Wow ZSN Pro sounds remarkably similar to the ZS10 Pro, might as well save the money. The QT5s to me are the only ones which sound lacking in highs - mids sound off, the rest are okay. ZS10 Pros seem more controlled in bass too.
Yea.. I really cant hear the difference between zsn and zs10.. And the price gap is big also..
You can hear the difference in the guitar sound, its a lot clearer in the zs10 pro and also in the hat of the beat.
i have owned kz zs10 pro but for me c and e were outstanding in terms of wide stage and good imaging..
I can ear the beats of drum on letter E although lack of basshead infront but the clarity of drum is fine.
2:37, 3:17 ZSN PRO
2:45, 3:26 ZS10 PRO
2:55, 3:33 TRN IM1 PRO
3:01, 3:42 CCA C10
3:09, 3:49 REVONEXT QT5
Im listening with my crusher wireless.. Now i don't know which one to pick.. Lol.
i got zsn pro last week they are so good better in my Jbl headphone worth $76
You can do this test with the kz ZS7 pls ?????
Which one do you prefer?
BEST FKN TEST I SAW, BTW!!! Finally somebody managed recording the IEMs responses to us to listen! That helps A LOT!!! Much better than listenning to people trying to describe the sound!!! Got a subscriber, a notification bell and a thumbs up!!! That is the first time I do all that for a review!
Please explain difference between "sounds sports" like bose and "inear monitor" like kz
