Salubri watchers are in the walls of the pyramid!! - Some random Tremere before being unalived by his superiors. I love those sneaky bastards watcher caste ftw.
Great video! In my game world, Saulot is actually a 2nd Generation Kindred that survived the 3rd gen overthrow. He lures Tremere into diablerie for several reasons, mainly to conceal his own plans as he's had visions of Ghenna. However, he was unware/taken back by how difficult it would be to take over Tremere's body and force out his soul. I have the 2nd Gen @ 7 total: Enoch, Saulot, Irad, Zillah, Ashur, Ganesha, and a Demon of Unknown name.
@eDDyL666 I believe Salout is the duality of Caine. Salout created the Salubri who I think we're meant to be "good vampires" and then created the Baali who were the "really bad vampires". Like Salout was the son Caine always wanted and once he turned his back on his children and let the 2nd Gen perish, Salout reacted with the creation of the Baali on his travels. At least that's how my back-story goes.
Should you care for enlightenment into the true nature of we Warrior Salubri, and our origins, all you need is to ask my brother. As a childre of Samiel, I can provide such knowledge. May the nights be kind to you.
Of all the numerous sins of the Usurpers, surely their decapitation of the Salubri Clan was the foulest. I had the immense pleasure and privilege to witness a prophecy given by the venerable Nahum ben Enosh, and it forever cemented my respect for their blood's wisdom and power. I have been known to shelter them from time to time, hiding them from all those who hunger for their blood. Perhaps it is because I too am of a persecuted and decapitated line, or that I admire the ideals of honor and self-improvement they embody. Though the truth is I probably just enjoy the benefits that their friendship provides too much.
Unfortunately I share such blood, I constantly feel i am on borrowed time even more so than the thin bloods, If you too share this with me, some words of advice: hide your true nature as best you can, clean yourself ensure no residual vitae can be detected, if you must put blind faith in a clan may it be the malkavians, those who follow Haqim or even the brujah, the tremere propaganda machine has worked tirelessly even in these modern nights however it isn’t perfect and kindred are a big grey area. Know you are above the sabbat, be kind, stay safe, may those who seek your destruction be dragged to hell on said path. -Elias
I have been tempted to play a salubri anarch. But their bane has me worried as to their viability for gameplay. How long can they go without getting diabolorized? Regardless, I agree, the anarchs would be a good fit for them. And they would do a better job ministering to the souls of the anarchs than the ministry itself.
@@inotaishu1 I do think that the changes to the disciplines is where V5 is at its weakest as it has oversimplified it. While most things they simplified where for the games benefit this was not overall. However I also find it an easy fix as in my games I always allow for the purchases of additional powers and the creation of unique ones to fill in the small gaps this has left.
@@theashspawn And lorewise? How is it there? With the first stuff, I always thought that the metusaleh and antedeluvians are perhaps too powerful to be usuable in any games.
I believe the modern Kine expression that applies here is: "this is why we can't have nice things."
its called world of darkness for a reason
@@theanarchonazbolinquisitio7123 True enough. :)
For a Clan of Peaceful Kindred.
You make them sound evil.

I have to say, this series is a cainesent: I'm introducing a few fledglings to the World of Darkness and this is the best resource I can think of.
One of my favorite clans.

Saulot was a habitual bridge burner

More please
Awesome Kindred lore. Thanks.
*nervously tugs at collar* No hard feelings, right?
Salubri should join the anarchs
Anything other than savage Sabbat!

they have no discipline of their own? Since when?
@inotaishu1 since they were added in V5 as a lot of one clan/bloodline disciplines were made into unique powers for pre-existing ones.
@@theashspawn ok. was that a good or bad decision by the makers in your eyes?
