If deceased persons both father and his wife applied for successor certificate...who ll be successor among those...whether the property shared among them....is it depends on Judge

Kisi bhi person ki self acquired property per uska whole right hota hai hai wo chahe use kaise bhi distribute Kare but agar uske children and wife hai to ye log maintenance claim ker sakte hai. Plz take proper legal advice, because this is just an educational platform.
Plz take legal advice, this is just an educational platform and I can give you theoretical knowledge only.Kisi bhi person ki self acquired property per uska whole right hota hai aur wo use apni choice ke hisab se dispose of ker sakta hai. But uske children aur wife ka right hota hai ki wo maintenance claim ker sakte hain agar unke sath koi discrimination ho raha hai to. but Hindu Marriage Act ki according koi bhi person agar ek se jyada saadi kerta hai to uski during saadi valid nahi hogi jab tak previous marriage bond dissolve nahi ho jata.
Sir iske liye latest Amendment hua hai aap use check Kare. Uske according girl ka right ancestral property mein hoga chahe Partition 2005 se pehle hua ho. But plz check it from latest amendment
But partition agar Dec. 2004 se pehle hua hai aur wo registered hai ya court ki decree ke according hai to wo Partition valid hoga aur girls ke liye usme claim kerna muskil hoga. But agar Partition registered nahi hai to girls claim ker sakti hai apna right
Mam agar us male person ka khud ka kamaya hua property he n usme sirf us male n uski wife ka name he to kya us male k death k baad uski wife and male ki mother dono ka right hoga uske property par ya sirf wife ka hoga plz plz reply
It will depend on the condition whether the male dies intestate ( without any will) or after making any will. If he dies intestate than his property will devolve according to hindu Succession Act
