Ryan Adams is one of the most underrated Singer songwriters of our time. He is incredibly talented. After those allegations though, I became very very sad and couldn’t listen to his music for a while. But now I’m picking it up again and he’s always so amazing. I just won’t think about all those things that he’s done because it’s not my business.
@@flyingburritobro68 A few evil women took him down for literally doing nothing but trying to help them with their careers. PB got her start from Ryan then she character assassinated him for clout like a high school girlfriend. LA women are the absolute worst narcissists on the planet.
I love how the FBI cleared him of all charges and it barely made the news. So what do we have? And ex-wife who said he was mean, and an associate who leveraged sex for career advancement accuse him of leveraging career advancement for sex. I’m sorry, but that’s not a story. Rock on bro.
God I love this performance, so much stronger than the album version which is great but this is on a whole other level.. Ryan's vocals are REALLY strong here.. And I absolutely love the vocal interplay between Ryan & Neal during the bridge 2:21 which they didn't do on the record. Those two sound soooo friggin' good together. Overall great vibe, great guitar tones, & the band is really gelling well together. And c'mon ya gotta love the faux Princeton amps, ode to Neil Young!
Skinny Ryan was the best Ryan. It's not that he's fat now but he seems bloated or something.. his face is almost unrecognizable from this performance to now.
@DKMbj YES!!! A couple weeks ago. You must know by now...he had a streaming live performance (over an hour) from the Ed Sullivan studios, and then performed that night. FANTASTIC.
Wish we could fix it. Miss you, Neal.
Neal Casal , a true talent .
I keep watching the bridge. So good.
RIP Neal Casal...this world won't be the same without you.
Ryan and Neal!
Oh God thank you for those times they played together!
Ryan and Neal Cassal made such a good music
Ryan Adams And The Cardinals are the best band ever
how many times ryan addams has performed with Letterman... he must love him
Great song - masterful performance. WOW! Better than therapy.

He was guilty of nothing. Woke mob media tried to destroy him. No charges filed. Everything was dropped after they already took their pound of flesh

Miss you Neal...for ever
That is one "SUPERCHARGED" Deluxe Reverb! I think Ryan is having fun with esthetics.
Neal Casal is so freaking good. His solo stuff is amazing too!
MrHooskerdu1 R.I.P. Neal Casal
Neal WAS good
So sad to hear about this. I always thought he was so good here. Damn! RIP, Neal.
I love this song. This is actually better than the studio version, but the cardinals have always fucking thrived on stage.

Neal Casal is so great. I love the Cardinals.
As this took place on my birthday, I consider it a gift.
So talented. Love this performance! Was lucky to see him with the Cardinals before they broke up.
Fuck Neal was awesome. This era of Adams is by far the best. They were one of the absolute best bands touring.
Good stuff
ryan and his band are fucking amazing! they can do no wrong! love em!
id buy a live set as well! AWESOME
Effin fantastic!
Oh dear Lord you are so right ColdRoses!!! I actually prefer to listen to a lot of these live versions versus the originals.
prepping for the goals
Love that it's Neil who finishes it.
Miss him.
Love it... amazing!!!
Skinny Ryan, lol. Amazing music, Cardinology is one underated album, so many beautiful songs.
Skinny Ryan was the best Ryan. It's not that he's fat now but he seems bloated or something.. his face is almost unrecognizable from this performance to now.
What is that freakin huge amp with the "Hal" light from 2001 Space Odyssey?
Hope Ryan can get his ears fixed and keep playing live music. Just stay alive buddy. Rare talent like this should never be silenced.

@botticelli51 It's actually just a cabinet with 4 princeton reverbs inside.
he said "excuse me sir" to Neal. Neal is the fucking man
@jaredchalfin Thanks- I was wondering why he hadn´t made an appearence yet:0) You gotta love Letterman´s taste in music....
Lovely...
fucking amazing!
Did anyone else notice the GIANT amplifier behind Ryan. Holy Hell its the size of a Volkswagen!!
or just a DVD of all the performances on Letterman
@illuminol I would too. He (and the Cardinals) EXCEL live. On Letterman especially!
lets hope so man
Sick.
Does anybody know if Ryan has been on Letterman with his new record?
I did not know Rick Moranis was a Maiden fan
Amazing moranis reference.
Kinda looks a but like Rivers Cuomo too...
If wishes were horses, right? If only it could be fixed.
If only…..😓💔
@mager003 It's just a fake cover. But still very cool!
Why did he bow to the drummer?
The Portfolio Ryan got from me was almost a foot high, he had his work cut out for him and he sold half of it to other biggies
Ryan's guitar I believe is $30,000
Joseph Moeckel But the Iron Maiden Tshirt is 5 $ :)))
It's a vintage varitone 335 and with that finish abd everything I saw them for 30 grand but I could be wrong Idk
Joseph Moeckel its a late 60s ES355....today around 5-10k $
@tombola1990 Do want!
I'm the one guy who disliked :/
