- Recently I got a lot of questions about the "Your Account Was Compromised" message that is popping up on Instagram, how to fix/ remove it and how to avoid getting it again, so I've decided to make a video instead of answering it over and over again.

The "Your Account Was Compromised" message is pretty similar to the action block and most of the times you get action blocked right after you get rid of this message. Because of that, I've mentioned that you should check my video on why you got action blocked: • 11 Reasons WHY You Got... in order to understand why you got your account was compromised message.

So what are the reasons you got "your account was compromised" message on Instagram:

The good news is that you can fix "your account was compromised" Instagram message pretty easy and if you follow my tips you should never get it again.
But first of all you need to remove all 3rd party apps before you change the password. If you've been using 3rd party scheduling apps, make sure to check my video on how to schedule Instagram posts without using 3rd party apps and tools: • How To Schedule Instag...
Once you change your password you should be pretty safe (if you stopped using bots and other 3rd party apps). In case you forgot your Instagram password, you should follow the procedure for pass reset.
If you still keep getting this message then you need to follow my 8 step process explained in this video in order to fix the "your account was compromised message" and remove it once and for all.
I really hope this helps you fix this annoying Instagram problem and if you keep getting this message after you did all the steps and tried all of my methods then you either did something wrong or it's an Instagram glitch and you should keep contacting support until they respond.

hi I’m not sure if this issue was already addressed in another of your videos or the comments but when I received this message it said to reset my password but I don’t remember it. Thanks bro! I don't really recommend engagement groups and pods. Quality private engagement groups that are targeted still work well, but it's pretty hard to get access to them (especially for small pages). Public pods are pretty risky nowadays and can decrease your trust score really easy. I just spoke with someone a few days ago who had his relatively big page ruined by LQ pods and has never-ending shadowban for months now.

That's awesome, I'm glad it helped.
It depends on how many of these accounts are you actively growing with follow-unfollow. If you are currently growing just 1 account with f/ uf or some other action spamming and have let's say 4 old and established accounts you can safely use all 5 on the same device.
If you are however actively growing more accounts I would recommend splitting them across multiple devices. I'll be covering that in my follow-unfollow updated video which should be out within the next few days.

Hello there…you don’t need to worry..just calm down and wait for few days to a week and make sure you don’t try to login again and again and don’t try to use any kind of option that is available like watching the stories or liking something anything it might be…just logout of the account and have patience..Hope this helps you..And thanks to this guy who made this video it really made people to understand the things very deep..
How do you disable access from third party apps and websites when you can't get past the "Your Account Was Compromised" error message? I can't do anything.

Hi, how to know if one is shadowbanned or not. Is there a fix for shadow ban?
Can you see your post in hashtags from another profile that's not following your? Shadowban usually expires in 14 days (sometimes 7)

I got blocked with the message that your account has been compromised. First it asked me to change password, after I did it sent me another message that for repeated violation I'm blocked for a week. But I didn't violate anything. I admit I downloaded some unfollow apps, but I never used them and deleted them. Plus one guy gave me many bots, but on a different account. The thing is, all my accounts got blocked now with the same message. I tried to create a new account with a different email address, but it got blocked within a day too. What can I do now?

Did you check each hashtag you used to see if it's banned. There are some really weird banned/ restricted hashtags out there.
If you are getting 0 impressions it's definitely a shadowban.

can you get this message from unfollowing people? I randomly got an account compromised message, I haven't done any of these things. The only thing i've been doing is unfollowing people. I've had my account since 2015 and i had over 4500+ people on my following list and most of them were bots. So i've been trying to get my following list down.
I tried your hashtags method, the skyscraper and it didn't seem to garner any more audience. I looked up hashtags and grouped them, I did this for like an hour :(
Are you getting reach from hashtags? What kind of page are you running (niche, personal or brand)? How old is your page?
@@equalscash9388 I'm trying to get into the Gunpla scene, which is a niche I guess, I started in January 3rd of this year and have gathered 231 followers so far, people who actually interact by liking and asking questions be it on DM or comments.
@@jmendozaher That's pretty low following to start ranking for hashtags. Also, it takes a bit more time (Your page is pretty new) for Instagram to categorize your page and start increasing your trust score and authority.

I targeted a very specific group of people at first which got me great follow-back ratio but turned out it wasn't very engaging, so after that I switched the targeting.
I just saw that you left this comment on my other video as well but for some reason it went to spam and I missed it, so sorry for late respond.

I follow / unfollow 200 verified account a day. do 100-300 comments with meaningful comment ( this shit takes me 3-5 hours ) and yet instagram banned me for a week. Saying my account has been compromised for using 3rd party software. For fucks sake im 6-8 hours a day on IG trying to grow my fitness page don't they see i'm using the SAME IP? Can someone HELP ?
