Frazier for sure
Z Frazier is my favorite pick. Tired of seeing Mason Cole getting pushed backwards 5 yards upon almost every snap on offense
Should have gotten another wr. After the 4th round the talent is basically the practice squad. One of the deepest wr and cb draft and we walk away with only Roman Wilson
Troy fautanu but needed Zach Frazier
Payton Wilsons injuries were 3 years ago. so he has played injury free the last 2 years. Hines Ward, Antonio Brown, Thurman Thomas, Greg LLoyd, just to name a few had the same kind of knee injury and he cleared the steelers doctors. The steelers dont seemed to concerned about it.
If the injuries are indeed behind him then we got the bargain of the 24 draft!
Not even a Steelers fan but marveled over the decades at their drafts, always finding gems. There's a reason why the Steelers even after a bad year it doesn't take them long to become relevant again
Frazier was my favorite. I wanted him all along in the 2nd round and the steelers got him in the 2nd round without having to trade up

Steeler by birth so can’t say go bears or anything but Da Bears had one of my favorite players ever (Payton) and what was surely one of the funnest teams to watch being the mid 80’s Bears. You all are also rich is history.
I think you have it wrong, sauce Gardner said two years ago how Calvin Austin was borderline impossible to cover. I’m telling you, don’t sleep on Calvin Austin, I can see us using him as our poor man’s Tyreek Hill. He’ll burn anybody on the outside
Except he doesn’t even fit Arthur Smith’s style of offense. I don’t even know that he will use him as of right now. I think he is going to use Van Jefferson and the Eagles guy we picked up Watkins. He likes big guys that can block.

When we picked Troy in the first I was hoping and praying for Frazier in the second. I thought we were going to have to trade up to get him though. I had to work so wasn’t on the couch chewing off my fingernails or anything but ‘whew’ things sure did work out!

Pickens and Darnell Washington had Injury issues. Wilson last injury was in 2021 3 years ago. Hines Ward and Greg Lloyd played their entire reason without their ACL.
Good point though Washington’s knees may be an issue that holds him back a little.

Bush got hurt and confidence went with that acl. He was budding and looked promising before he got hurt
I think Payton game is more Chad Brown like, he has the ability to rush the passer . Shazier comparison is pretty spot-on also. The Steelers haven't had this kind of Athlete in the middle since Brown and Shazier

All four picks were my favorites! No hype. In my opinion, this is the best two days of the Steelers draft I can remember. They did not reach. They got excellent players to fill huge holes and positions of need. The way I see it..., it was spectacular.

Love the top 3 picks so far but the linebacker is a C- corner is a much bigger need and with Khyree Jackson and Cam Hart on the board you can’t pick a linebacker that is always hurt. I would have rather even doubled dipped Troy Franklin

I agree that the linebacker is a c- mainly cause of his injury past, BUT he was fully healthy last year and played an amazing season he’s a 1st round talent but cause of injuries most teams think he’s a 1 contract player and can’t play more, but our corner room rn is solid with jpj, Corey trice, and Donte Jackson, we will probably pick up a veteran cb during work outs and run with those potentially 4 players, but for linebackers we got cole Holcomb and now Patrick queen but nobody else of that caliber
We have Elanden who played solid. Trice is an injury waiting to happen and Jackson is ok . We need a corner from somewhere it’s our biggest need

Love Frazier, HOF potential, but Payton Wilson may be the steal of the draft. If healthy, he is a top 10 LB and Steelers have had major coverage issues in the middle of the field. He will start by week 8!
Steelers just made first mistake with the 4th round pick. They pick OG McCormick when CB (Iowa St.) Tampa was there. Dang it... I really feel they slipped up there.

I kinda agree...I see Troy as a great LG1. Cincy got our LT1. Maybe put Dan Moore at RT, move Jones back to LT1, Seumalo at RG1, and Frazier C1.

We had Troy Franklin sitting right there. 6'2 4.41 speed Damn near 7 foot catch radius. Put up 1300 plus yards and 14 tds. Man I'm so disappointed. The other 3 picks were great tho so i guess.
